Client Relationship Manager – Job Description
Baron Financial Group, LLC is seeking a friendly, articulate, and detail-oriented person to manage the front and back office to meet our client needs. This person is responsible for processing new accounts and keeping existing accounts accurate and current, greeting clients when they arrive at the office, answering phones, and other general administrative. This position is part-time with an expectation of 20-25 hours per week (either 9am-1pm or 9am-2pm).
Starting salary - $17.50 – 20/hour depending on experience.
Job Duties:
Greet Clients (either over the phone or as they walk-in the office)
- Positive attitude
- Professional in appearance
Maintain Database
- Verify client information for accuracy and correct any errors
- Manually input information that does not download directly into our system
Account Detail Management
- General account maintenance (account updates – phone number, address, beneficiary information, etc.)
- Correspondence with clients (e-mails, phone calls, scheduling appointments)
- Ensure completion of tasks/projects
Document Storage
- Copying, scanning, and filing
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years direct customer service experience in a business environment
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrated ability for detail management
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and write basic letters and instructions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
