About the job
The educators marketing team is dedicated to empowering teachers and learning communities worldwide by connecting them with Google’s ecosystem of education and AI tools. We are seeking a creative, culturally attuned, and strategic social professional to manage the launch, growth, and ongoing strategy of the dedicated Google for Education channel, and scale out and think about the right content across our other social channels.
The educator community on social channels is one of the most vibrant, peer-driven spaces online. In this role, you will bridge the gap between impactful AI capabilities and real classroom workflows. You will produce and orchestrate authentic, relatable, peer-to-peer short-form video content that demystifies AI, showcases practical time-saving classroom hacks, and drives teacher advocacy and product adoption globally.
As the Social Lead on the educators marketing team, you will serve as the primary brand storyteller and short-form video strategist, driving organic audience growth, community engagement, and creator partnerships across our Google for Education (GfE) social channels. In this role, you will direct end-to-end content development, social editorial planning, and agency collaboration to translate product innovations into authentic, creator-first short-form video campaigns. Operating as our dedicated Social Lead, you will execute full-funnel social marketing strategies that enhance brand favorability, cultivate peer-to-peer advocacy, and turn emerging cultural trends into measurable community adoption.

Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems-from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can-changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
