ABOUT THE ROLE
ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is a leader in dental implant care, delivering personalized treatment through a network of expert prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and clinical teams dedicated exclusively to dental implants. For more than 20 years, ClearChoice has helped patients restore their smiles with a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that combines advanced technology, proven clinical expertise, and coordinated care under one roof. As a reflection of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Manager, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers. The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading strategic, integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, consultation growth, and revenue for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers. This role owns marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization, partnering across internal teams and external agency partners to deliver impactful consumer experiences that strengthen the ClearChoice brand and support business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, consultation volume, and revenue growth for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers.
- Support development of annual and quarterly marketing plans that align with enterprise priorities, growth objectives, and key business initiatives.
- Own marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, measurement, optimization, and post-campaign learnings, ensuring projects are delivered on time and achieve defined business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Media, Creative, CRM, Public Relations, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Clinical Operations, and Field Leadership, to develop cohesive marketing strategies and deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agency partners, providing strategic direction, reviewing creative work, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand standards and business goals.
- Develop campaign briefs, messaging strategies, and creative requirements that translate business objectives into effective consumer marketing programs.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and project priorities while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, maximize return on investment, and optimize marketing spend.
- Analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, competitive trends, and market research to identify opportunities for optimization and future growth.
- Apply an understanding of the consumer journey to improve every marketing touchpoint, creating seamless experiences that increase engagement and conversion.
- Partner with Clinical and Commercial teams to support development of claims and patient experience initiatives.
- Present campaign strategies, performance results, and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Champion the ClearChoice brand by ensuring consistency across all marketing channels while identifying opportunities to strengthen differentiation and market leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and consumer behavior to bring innovative ideas that improve marketing effectiveness and patient acquisition.
Reporting Structure:
- This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or integrated marketing, preferably within healthcare, retail, or other consumer-focused industries.
- Proven experience developing and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.
- Experience managing agency partners and collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets, timelines, and complex initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance, consumer insights, and market data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Up to 20% travel.
- Based in Chicago, IL, at The Aspen Group headquarters.
COMPENSATION
- Annual Salary Range: $110,000-$135,000, plus a 10% annual bonus with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.
