- Lead the configuration, development, and deployment of applications using tools such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and other CRM or BPM platforms.
- Conduct system analysis including requirements analysis, system design, and systems integration to ensure compatibility across diverse database systems like SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
- Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities including version control, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), scripting (Python, Bash), and application debugging.
- Perform technical troubleshooting support for complex system issues related to IT infrastructure such as load balancing, cloud security (AWS, Azure), network configurations (VPNs, firewalls), and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among developers, system engineers, security teams, and business units to ensure project alignment and successful implementation of microservices architectures using Kubernetes or Docker containers.
Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis with a strong understanding of requirements analysis and system design methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with software development and implementation in enterprise environments utilizing JavaScript, C#,.NET frameworks, or Ruby on Rails.
- Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering concepts including system architecture, virtualization (VMware/ESXi), system hardening, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure along with DevOps practices including Jenkins, Git repositories, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in database management systems like Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL databases; expertise in SQL scripting is essential.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies with a focus on continuous improvement in application development processes.
