Job Title: Director of Clinical Integration and Business Development
Department: Home Health Care
Location: 330 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607
Hours Per Week: 40 Hours per week
Schedule: Days - Flexible
SUMMARY:
The Director of Clinical Integration and Business Development plays a pivotal role in forging strategic alliances, identifying growth opportunities, and driving the integration of clinical services/programs across various departments and facilities within the healthcare organization. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, strong background in healthcare management, strong interpersonal skills, and strategic vision to drive growth and excellence in patient care delivery that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Clinical Integration:
- Contributes to the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support business development initiatives.
- Acts as a liaison between internal departments & external relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to streamline workflows, improve care coordination, and standardize clinical processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of clinical initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Acts as a liaison between internal departments & external relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support business development efforts.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities, including new service lines, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
- Lead the development of business plans, feasibility studies, and financial projections to support strategic initiatives.
- Contributes to the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support business development initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams, administration, and executive leadership.
- Cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders, such as physician groups, healthcare networks, and community organizations.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical and business teams to facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals.
- Utilize clinical knowledge to educate and inform potential clients and partners about services, capabilities and value proposition.
4. Performance Optimization:
- Track and analyze metrics related to business development activities, providing regular reports and insights to management
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost optimization.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and operational enhancements to drive clinical and financial outcomes through business development initiatives.
5. Project Management:
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives related to clinical integration, business development, and operational excellence.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful execution and delivery of objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project goals and outcomes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in healthcare business development, strategic planning, and clinical integration, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

PAY RANGE:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00CITY:

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
