Hudson Creative is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team as part of a 4-month training program designed to teach, mentor, and prepare outstanding interns for a full-time role and career path. This internship is intended for recent college graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with less than 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience who are excited for practical training and development by our amazing team.
This role is a great opportunity for both analytically-minded and creatively-driven candidates who are interested in how paid ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and visual storytelling intersect in the restaurant and hospitality industries.
Quick Facts:
- Internship Period: 4 months during Spring/Summer 2026 (flexible start and end dates)
- Location: NYC
- Work policy: Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at our midtown office (Grand Central)
- Hours: Full-Time (9:00am - 5:30pm EST)
- Compensation: $2,200/month stipend
- Mentorship: Daily progress check-ins with your manager to ensure growth and successful completion of the internship

What You’ll Do & Learn
You’ll support real client work and get hands-on exposure across key areas of digital marketing:
Paid Media
- Learn how to set up and support paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist with campaign monitoring, pacing, and performance reporting
- Gain exposure to optimization strategies and data-driven decision making
Design, Social Media & Content
- Support the creation of visual assets for social media, email, and paid campaigns
- Assist with designing branded content aligned with client voice and aesthetic
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development
- Work with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma to bring ideas to life
SEO & Website Support
- Assist with keyword research and on-page optimizations
- Support website updates across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and BentoBox
- Help QA website updates to ensure accuracy, functionality, and proper tracking
Client Experience & Strategy
- Join internal and external meetings to observe strategy development
- Participate in discussions on trends, optimizations, and campaign planning
- Contribute ideas in a collaborative, supportive environment
Who You Are:
- Rising seniors or new graduates who recently finished their degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications or related field
- Passion for advertising and the hospitality industry
- Interested in either performance marketing, creative/design, or both
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling data or website updates
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute and learn
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Comfort working with data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics is a plus
- Prior experience or interest in the restaurant and hospitality industry is a plus
