About Savvy Wealth
Wealth management is a $545 billion industry in the US, yet remains archaic and inefficient with low technology penetration. 75% of financial advisors don’t offer digital communication beyond email, and 62% still build financial plans manually in Excel. This leads to a poor client experience and results in financial advisors spending over 70% of their time on non-client facing, manual work. Savvy is changing that. We’re building the most advisor-centric platform in wealth management: a digital-first solution that modernizes human financial advice. Advisors who partner with Savvy tap into AI-powered software, automated sales and marketing, and seamless back office workflows to scale faster and spend more time with clients. We’ve raised over $105M to date from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, Mark Casady (former LPL Financial CEO), and other top-tier investors. Our team is made up of repeat founders and operators who’ve helped build Airbnb, Square, Brex, Carta, Facebook, $200B+ RIAs, and more. Savvy is at a pivotal point in its growth trajectory, having established strong product-market fit in providing a modern platform to financial advisors. We’ve surpassed $5.1 billion in AUM in less than three years, grown 600%+ in the last 18 months, and are entering the next phase of the company which involves rapid expansion of our product offering and continued revenue growth. Come help us scale!
We’re always excited to meet exceptional talent and are opening this role to start informal, exploratory conversations. While we may not be hiring immediately, we review these applications on an ongoing basis and may reach out as future needs arise.

Growth Associate Jobs in New York: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth associate in New York?
Growth associate roles in New York do not require a state-issued license or credential, so the path runs through education and demonstrated skills. Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a quantitative field, followed by hands-on experience with paid channels, analytics platforms, and experimentation. New York's density of startups, agencies, and brand headquarters means entry points often come through internships, contract work, or coordinator roles at mid-size DTC or SaaS companies in the city.
Which companies hire growth associates in New York?
Employers hiring growth associates in New York right now include HealixGlobal, DoorDash, and Fanduel, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. New York's concentration of fintech, media, and consumer-brand headquarters means the hiring pool is unusually broad compared to most other U.S. markets.
Which New York cities have the most growth associate jobs?
New York, New York City, and Brooklyn account for the largest share of growth associate openings in New York. The concentration reflects Manhattan's role as headquarters territory for fintech, SaaS, and consumer brands, while Brooklyn draws roles from DTC and media companies, and any suburban or secondary city totals are typically driven by large regional employers or remote-eligible postings tied to a New York address.
Are there remote growth associate jobs in New York?
Yes, and more than most fields. Growth associate work is largely screen-based and data-driven, which makes it well-suited to remote arrangements. About 35% of growth associate openings tied to New York are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting how normalized distributed work has become across New York's tech and media employers. The roles most likely to stay fully remote are performance marketing and analytics-focused positions.
How can I get hired as a growth associate in New York with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a growth or marketing coordinator role at a New York-based startup or DTC brand, where scope is broad enough to build a measurable portfolio quickly. Large New York employers in media and fintech run rotational marketing programs and associate cohorts aimed at new graduates. Candidates who come from adjacent roles in data analysis, customer success, or digital content have a clear lateral path, and completing a recognized paid-media or analytics certification strengthens an application considerably.
Where can I find and apply to growth associate jobs in New York?
You can find and apply to growth associate jobs in New York on Migrate Mate, which lists current New York openings updated in real time. Search by city or specialty to narrow the results, then find roles that fit your background and apply directly through each listing.
