We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. This is an in-person role, you’ll work warm inbound leads, outbound opportunities, and current client accounts to uncover needs, close business, and grow accounts through multiline solutions in a winning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
- Build trust quickly and close new business opportunities
- Maintain & strengthen relationships with current clients
- Educate clients on coverage gaps and protection options
- Follow a proven sales process and hit performance goals
- Continuously improve through coaching and training
- Manage pipeline and follow-up consistently
