ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Business Development Representative who possesses a knack for meticulous research and a talent for unlocking new sales opportunities to join our Breeze Inside Sales team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our Breeze products, making a direct impact through cold calling and the creation of meaningful new business connections through strategic lead generation efforts. Your contributions will be key in forging new paths for opportunities and propelling our Breeze products to new heights within the property tech sector.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities within an assigned territory to drive pipeline growth
- Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate outreach to generate interest in Yardi solutions
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives and support campaign execution with research and targeted outreach
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate the value of Yardi’s offerings to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM; prepare regular reports and meet with management to align on sales strategy and performance
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education experience
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Presentation and demonstration skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to research, qualify, cold call, and generate leads
- Ability to understand and present technical products
- Highly responsive with proven prospect-centered commitment and focus
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
IDEAL TO HAVE:
- Prior lead generation experience
- Prior CRM experience
- Knowledge of the property management industry

COMPENSATION
- $28.84/hr - $31.25/hr + commission target
