We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing and Growth Strategist to oversee and elevate our firm’s marketing initiatives. In family law, reaching people at the right time requires empathy, clarity, and consistency. This role is responsible for driving measurable growth through digital strategy, social media engagement, and active community outreach.
Working directly with the firm’s leadership, you will take ownership of our marketing and digital presence—from managing content pipelines and optimizing online conversion to building meaningful relationships with multi-county referral partners and community leaders.
The ideal candidate blends analytical skills with strong interpersonal instincts, combining a solid foundation in digital marketing, SEO, and emerging AI tools with the ability to communicate our mission authentically to the Triangle and surrounding counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Multi-Channel Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor conversion-focused digital campaigns across web, email, paid advertising (PPC), and search channels.
- Content Management & Social Media: Manage the end-to-end content pipeline across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, and LinkedIn. Oversee scheduling, content creation (including podcast and video content), and direct audience engagement.
- Referral & Community Outreach: Develop in-person marketing initiatives, organize community events, and cultivate professional relationships with local referral sources.
- AI & Process Optimization: Identify and utilize modern AI tools and digital platforms to streamline workflows, refine content production, and improve tracking systems.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly track and analyze digital metrics, campaign ROI, website traffic, and search usability to inform future strategy.
- Reputation & Vendor Management: Oversee the firm's online reviews and local search profiles (Google Business Profile) while managing relationships with external marketing contractors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns, podcasts, social media channels, and content production (portfolio or examples required).
- Core Competencies: Strong command of digital analytics, campaign tracking, basic SEO, and short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok).
- Work Style: Highly organized, systematic, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently, outcome focused and ability to work proactively
- Location & Presence: Ability to work a hybrid schedule with time spent in our Downtown Raleigh office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the legal industry or creating legal/professional services content.
- Familiarity with web management platforms (WordPress or Squarespace) and graphic design toolsets.
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns or print advertising projects.
