THE OPPORTUNITY
Through Lower and Movoto, we are creating a homeownership platform that helps customers throughout their entire journey—from finding a home, to financing it, to managing and unlocking the value of their home over time. As we continue to grow, one of our biggest opportunities is strengthening the long-term relationships we have with customers and homeowners. Lifecycle marketing plays a critical role in that vision.
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, Lifecycle to help build and scale lifecycle programs that create long-term customer relationships and drive measurable business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working through ambiguity, and building scalable systems that improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
This is an individual contributor role that combines data literacy, analytical thinking, experimentation, customer insights, and hands-on execution.
This role reports to the EVP of Growth Marketing and works closely with leaders across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Sales, and Operations.
For the right candidate, this is a rare opportunity to help build a lifecycle capability from the ground up and influence how customers engage with Lower and Movoto throughout their homeownership journey. Over time, the systems, programs, and experiences you help build will shape millions of customer interactions across our platform.
Understand Customers and Identify Growth Opportunities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, motivations, and lifecycle opportunities across Lower and Movoto.
- Analyze customer, funnel, and business performance data to identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Partner closely with Analytics, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate customer insights into growth initiatives.
Build Programs that Drive Business Impact:
- Design, launch, and optimize lifecycle programs across email, SMS, and other customer touchpoints.
- Develop audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies.
- Build programs that help customers throughout the homeownership journey while driving measurable business outcomes.
Lead Experimentation and Continuous Learning:
- Design and execute experiments to better understand customer behavior and improve lifecycle performance.
- Test messaging, offers, channels, audience definitions, timing, personalization approaches, and customer journeys.
Build Scalable Systems and Processes:
- Help develop the systems, processes, and automation that enable lifecycle marketing to scale efficiently.
- Partner with technical teams to improve data quality, audience creation, measurement capabilities, and customer experiences.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success in this role is measured by the quality of customer experiences created, the systems built, and the business impact generated.
Within your first 12-18 months, you will:
- Help build a scalable customer growth engine.
- Establish experimentation as a core operating discipline within lifecycle marketing, developing a repeatable process for generating insights, testing ideas, measuring outcomes, and scaling successful initiatives.
- Launch and optimize programs that contribute meaningfully to company growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and use those insights to create more relevant and valuable customer experiences.
- Become a trusted partner to stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Sales, and Operations.

You are equal parts analyst, builder, and operator.
You are naturally curious about customers and passionate about understanding what drives behavior, engagement, and decision-making.

Tips for Your Growth Marketing Specialist Job Search
Tailor your portfolio to the funnel stage
Hiring managers for growth roles want to see experiments, not just campaigns. Show a structured test you ran, the hypothesis behind it, and what the results changed about your next decision. Generic case studies get skimmed.
Filter openings by growth model fit
Product-led growth companies, performance-heavy DTC brands, and B2B SaaS startups all use the title but want entirely different skill sets. Read job descriptions carefully for which funnel stages the role actually owns before applying.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists growth marketing specialist openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Prepare a live experiment walkthrough for interviews
Growth interviews frequently ask you to design an A/B test or diagnose a funnel drop from scratch. Practice structuring your answer with a clear hypothesis, success metric, and guardrail metric before you walk into any screen or panel.
Negotiate around scope, not just base pay
Growth roles vary enormously in channel ownership and team size. Before accepting, clarify whether you own paid, owned, and product channels or just one, and whether the role has a dedicated analyst. Those details define your actual career trajectory.
Growth Marketing Specialist Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most growth marketing specialists?
The companies hiring the most growth marketing specialists right now include Deloitte, Sodexo, and Google, with the largest share of openings in California, Texas, and New York, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. SaaS companies and ecommerce brands consistently account for a large share of posted roles.
How many growth marketing specialist jobs are remote?
About 33% of growth marketing specialist openings are fully remote or hybrid as of June 2026, making it one of the more flexible roles in the marketing field. Lifecycle, email, and product-led growth sub-specializations tend to have the highest concentration of remote-eligible postings, while roles owning paid media for local or regional businesses more often require in-office presence.
How do you become a growth marketing specialist?
Start by building hands-on experience with at least one acquisition or retention channel, even through a personal project or freelance work. Learn to run structured experiments and interpret funnel data using free tools. Build a portfolio of documented tests with outcomes. Apply for associate or junior growth roles first, then move up as you demonstrate measurable results across multiple channels.
Can you get hired as a growth marketing specialist with little experience?
Yes, some companies hire candidates with limited formal experience if they can show strong analytical thinking and a documented experiment or campaign they ran independently. Roles at early-stage startups and companies with growth teams of one are more open to junior hires. Demonstrating fluency with attribution data and A/B testing methodology matters more than years on a resume at that stage.
What does the growth marketing specialist interview process look like?
Most processes include an initial recruiter screen, a hiring manager conversation focused on past growth work and channel ownership, and a take-home or live case study where you design an experiment or diagnose a funnel problem. Final rounds often include a panel with data, product, or engineering counterparts. Expect at least one question asking you to walk through a specific test you ran and what you learned from it.
Where can I find and apply to growth marketing specialist jobs?
You can find and apply to growth marketing specialist jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from across the United States. Find roles that match your experience and specialization, then apply directly to each listing. There's no need to go anywhere else to submit your application.
