About inBeat (Fieldtrip)
Most brands work with multiple agencies: one for paid media, one for content, one for influencer, one for SEO. The problem is they never talk to each other. Learnings get lost, budgets get wasted, and the brand ends up doing all the coordinating.
Fieldtrip fixes that. We're four specialist agencies, influencer marketing, performance creative, paid media, and SEO, operating as one team. One point of contact. One shared dashboard.
Role overview
We're building our outbound motion from the ground up, and this is a genuine opportunity to help build that foundation from day one. You'll generate qualified pipeline across every outbound channel we're building, not a single lane role. That means procurement led opportunities, webinar and event driven outreach, and general cold outbound into target accounts, all at once.
This is a foundational hire into a function that's still being defined, so there's a real opportunity to shape how it works, build the processes behind it, and grow as the function grows.
What you’ll do
Run structured, multi touch outbound cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline
Run outbound targeting procurement as a stakeholder persona, getting Fieldtrip in front of companies before they find us through inbound
Drive outreach and follow up around webinars and events, inviting prospects, following up with attendees, and converting interest into meetings
Build and manage general outbound sequences into target accounts outside of procurement or webinar motions
Qualify leads and book meetings for the AE team, handing off with clean context
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date on all outbound activity
What we’re looking for
Experience running structured outbound (cold email, cold call, LinkedIn), not just responding to inbound
Comfortable holding multiple outbound motions at once without dropping any of them
Hands on with sales engagement tools (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Strong written communicator, outbound copy needs to land with senior marketing stakeholders
Self directed and comfortable helping build process in a function that's still being defined
Any timezone, this role isn't tied to North American hours
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience selling or prospecting into marketing or growth teams, agencies, or martech
Comfortable running outbound to procurement or other gatekeeper personas, not just marketing champions
Experience supporting webinar or event based pipeline generation
You use AI tools to research and personalize outreach at scale
Why join us?
Base salary plus target based variable, tied to SQLs delivered
A genuine opportunity to build the foundation of our outbound function and grow with it
Direct access to senior leadership
Remote, flexible timezone
Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days
High ownership, high visibility role.
Opportunity to build the GTM engine across multiple agencies.
Work with exciting brands and performance data across industries.
Real room to grow into broader leadership over time.

Which companies hire business development representatives in Raleigh?

How can I get a business development representative job in Raleigh with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Raleigh is applying to SaaS and software companies that run structured sales development programs and hire recent graduates directly from NC State, UNC, and local community colleges. Many of these employers prioritize strong communication skills and coachability over prior sales experience.
