Business Operations Associate Jobs in Massachusetts

INTRODUCTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support business operations, data management, and ERP system processes. This role will focus on maintaining data accuracy, improving workflows, generating reports, and supporting cross-functional teams through effective system administration and business analytics.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain and support ERP systems such as NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using Excel and other analytics tools.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Assist with system integrations, including API connections and CSV imports/exports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve workflows.
• Troubleshoot operational and data-related issues with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support ongoing business operations through process documentation and system administration tasks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, business operations, or system administration in a professional environment.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
• Understanding of database structures, data governance, and system processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, SuiteAnalytics, or similar reporting tools is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of software integrations, APIs, and CSV data transfers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive, investigative approach to resolving issues.
• Coordinate effectively with Mandarin-speaking internal teams, vendors, or external partners as needed.
