Dycom Industries is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join the OneERP program team as we roll out SAP S/4HANA across our Operating Companies. This role sits at the intersection of accounting/finance and systems — the ideal candidate has a strong analytical foundation from a Big 4 or large firm background (audit, advisory, ITGC, or systems implementation) and is comfortable learning new technical skills quickly.
No prior SAP experience is required — we will train the right candidate on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. What matters most is a sharp mind, strong accounting/financial acumen (or the ability to bridge technical and financial concepts), and the maturity to work directly with Operating Company stakeholders and our implementation partner (Deloitte).
This is not a purely technical or purely process role — the person must be able to move fluidly between financial logic, business process, and systems detail, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
Connecting you to great benefits

- Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays
- Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)
- 401(k) w/ Company Match
- Stock Purchase Plan
- Education Reimbursement
- Legal Insurance
- Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!
What you’ll do
- Serve as a liaison between Operating Companies and the implementation partner (Deloitte) during SAP S/4HANA design, build, and testing phases
- Triage, track, and help resolve system defects — translating technical issues into business impact and vice versa
- Support end-user training efforts for Operating Company teams, including creating/reviewing training materials and leading or co-leading sessions
- Perform data reconciliation between legacy and S/4HANA systems (e.g., WIP, financial data, master data) to validate conversion accuracy
- Learn and apply SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) functionality as it relates to Operating Company processes
- Partner with finance/accounting teams to ensure new system processes align with proper accounting treatment and controls
- Document business processes, defects, and decisions clearly for both technical and executive audiences
- Identify control gaps or risks during implementation, drawing on ITGC/controls experience where applicable
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience at a Big 4 (or similar large accounting/consulting/advisory) firm — audit, advisory, ITGC, risk/controls, or systems implementation practice
- Strong accounting and financial acumen — able to understand journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement impact
- If coming from a systems/technical background: demonstrated knowledge of financial/accounting concepts (not purely technical)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and working directly with business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Willingness and ability to travel ~10% to Operating Company and partner locations
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to SAP (any module) or another major ERP system
- ITGC (IT General Controls) audit or testing experience
- Experience with system implementations, UAT, or data conversion/reconciliation efforts
- CPA, CPA candidate, or equivalent certification
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods

Business Process Analyst Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a business process analyst in Florida?
Florida does not require a state-issued license to work as a business process analyst, so the path centers on education and credentials recognized by employers statewide. Most Florida hiring managers expect at least a bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, or industrial engineering. From there, earning a Certified Business Analysis Professional designation through the IIBA or a Lean Six Sigma certification from an accredited provider significantly strengthens a candidacy, particularly for roles in Florida's large healthcare and financial services sectors.
How much do business process analysts make in Florida?
Business process analysts in Florida earn a median of about $61,350 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $38,690 for the lowest 10% to over $91,980 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire business process analysts in Florida?
Employers hiring business process analysts in Florida right now include Dycom Industries, Elevated., and Ace InfoTech, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Florida's concentration of insurance carriers, regional bank headquarters, and large hospital systems like AdventHealth and HCA Florida means consistent analyst demand across both the public and private sectors.
Which Florida cities have the most business process analyst jobs?
West Palm Beach, Miami, and Tampa have the most business process analyst openings in Florida. Miami leads because of its dense financial services and international trade infrastructure, Tampa draws volume from insurance giants and growing tech campuses, and Orlando's large healthcare networks and hospitality operations generate steady analyst demand year-round.
Are there remote business process analyst jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields, since business process analysis is primarily documentation, data, and stakeholder work that translates well to distributed settings. About 100% of business process analyst openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how broadly employers across the state have adopted flexible arrangements for desk-based analytical roles. Requirements gathering, process modeling, and reporting work are the functions most commonly offered on a fully remote basis.
How can I get hired as a business process analyst in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from an adjacent operations or administrative role, such as operations coordinator, business systems coordinator, or junior data analyst, within a large Florida employer. Companies like Publix, Florida Blue, and Advent Health routinely post associate or junior analyst roles that accept candidates without dedicated BA experience. Building a portfolio of process maps and requirements documents from academic or volunteer projects, and earning a Lean Six Sigma White or Yellow Belt from a Florida-based training provider, gives early-career candidates a concrete edge in screening conversations.
Where can I find and apply to business process analyst jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to business process analyst jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings updated regularly. Search the listings for roles that match your experience level and target industry, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
