We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join our Operate Center of Excellence (CoE) team, driving delivery of our firm's flagship AMS/BPaaS internal platform. This platform powers Delivery Acceleration, Engagement Telemetry, and Agentic AI Solutions across Finance Operate, IT Operations, Enterprise Performance, Banking, Risk, Regulatory & Forensic, and Industry sector portfolios.
As Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle - from roadmap intake and backlog definition through sprint execution, release governance, production rollout, and adoption tracking - for a portfolio of AI-enabled and BPaaS use cases serving Application Managed Services engagements globally.
This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of AMS/BPaaS & Finance Transformation, AI-enabled operations, and platform delivery, working closely with AI architects, engineering leads, platform owners, and senior stakeholders across the firm.
Recruiting for this role ends on 08/05/2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the Operate AMS/BPaaS platform's capabilities, including Delivery Acceleration, Engagement Telemetry, and Agentic AI Solutions across multiple solution portfolios.
- Manage the delivery roadmap across a portfolio of AI use cases and platform capabilities, including sprint milestones, MVP releases, demos, UAT, approvals, and production readiness.
- Serve in a Lead Product Owner capacity for select BPaaS and AI use cases - defining scope, backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities in partnership with offering and engineering teams.
- Own execution across the full delivery lifecycle: roadmap intake, scoping, requirements, sprint planning, testing, release readiness, production launch, and post-launch adoption support.
- Translate business needs into reusable platform capabilities such as case intake, classification and routing, work allocation, knowledge retrieval, document generation, and multilingual/response support.
- Support Operate/AMS use cases spanning period close validation and triage, close cockpit workflow, approvals, exception handling, payment matching, billing documentation, duplicate audit, collections, and disputes.
- Extend delivery scope into IT Operations and Enterprise Performance use cases (e.g., batch job monitoring, user access provisioning, basis security and vulnerability compliance, patching/upgrades, production issue troubleshooting, cloud cost optimization).
- Apply AI governance and delivery controls: intake review, architecture checkpoints, release gates, documentation standards, testing readiness, security and scalability review, and reuse criteria.
- Partner with AI architects, engineering tech leads, partners, platform owners, global member firm teams, and business stakeholders to prepare status, value, and leadership materials.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise Finance Transformation, platform delivery, and/or AI-enabled operations.
- Proven experience leading delivery for AI, automation, or BPaaS platforms within a consulting, managed services, or shared services environment.
- Strong background across core Finance processes: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, payments, tax, case management, and workflow orchestration.
- Demonstrated experience acting as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity - managing backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-based delivery.
- Experience with AI governance and delivery controls, including architecture checkpoints, release gates, and security/scalability review.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional delivery environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level status, value, and leadership materials.
- Ability to travel 15-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge or experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, clean core architecture, and enterprise integration is a strong plus.
- Experience with agentic AI delivery or emerging AI use case implementation.
- Familiarity with Banking, Risk, Regulatory & Forensic, or other industry-specific solution portfolios.

Center Manager Jobs in Dallas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a center manager job in Dallas?
Focus your search on Dallas's healthcare systems, large retail and distribution networks, and the fitness and wellness centers concentrated in Uptown and North Dallas. Employers here favor candidates with direct team leadership experience and measurable operational results. Fluency with workforce scheduling software and a background in customer-facing environments gives applicants a clear edge in a market where competition for mid-level operations roles moves quickly.
Which companies hire center managers in Dallas?
Companies currently hiring center managers in Dallas include Deloitte, AECOM, and Amazon, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Dallas's mix of large hospital networks, national retail chains, and regional distribution hubs means openings appear across both corporate headquarters and multi-site field operations.
Are there remote center manager jobs in Dallas?
Yes, though center manager roles are predominantly on-site given the hands-on nature of managing staff and daily operations. About 46% of center manager openings tied to Dallas are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, with hybrid arrangements most common in administrative or regional oversight roles. The most remote-eligible functions in Dallas tend to be reporting, scheduling, and vendor coordination rather than floor-level supervision.
How can I get a center manager job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is moving up from a lead associate, shift supervisor, or assistant manager role within the same employer. Large healthcare organizations, national fitness chains, and retail distribution centers in the Irving and Carrollton corridors regularly promote from within. Emphasizing experience managing even a small team, handling scheduling, or owning a department budget significantly strengthens a candidate's case for a first center manager title.
Which industries hire the most center managers in Dallas?
The sectors hiring the most center managers in Dallas are Consulting & Professional Services, Construction & Real Estate, and Investment & Asset Management, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Dallas's role as a regional hub for healthcare delivery, corporate retail operations, and supply chain logistics creates consistent demand for center managers who can oversee high-volume, service-driven environments.
