Key Responsibilities:

HR Compliance

- Own and manage the organization's Form I-9 compliance process, ensuring adherence to U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements.
- Conduct periodic I-9 audits and maintain accurate employee documentation.
- Coordinate responses to government agencies including the Department of Labor (DOL) and support internal and external compliance audits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Maintain employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Partner with HR leadership on compliance initiatives and policy implementation.

Office Administration

- Manage day-to-day administration of the Houston office.
- Coordinate facility management activities, including building maintenance, vendor management, security access, office supplies, and workspace planning.
- Oversee company vehicle administration, including vehicle leases, renewals, maintenance scheduling, and coordination for managers.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Support travel, office events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective office operations.

Employee Support

- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related employee queries.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees.
- Support HR operations by coordinating documentation, employee communications, and administrative processes.
