Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and vision, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
• Lead executive-level teams by providing clear direction, mentorship, and fostering collaboration across departments such as operations, finance, marketing, and development.
• Oversee business management activities including operational planning, resource allocation, and process optimization to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Manage financial health through strategic budgeting, financial management, and fundraising initiatives to secure resources for ongoing programs and expansion efforts.
• Cultivate strong relationships with board members by facilitating effective communication, strategic planning sessions, and governance practices.
• Drive marketing strategies that enhance organizational visibility, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach efforts.
• Lead fundraising efforts for business development and program sustainability by building partnerships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
• Supervise senior leadership team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering professional development and accountability.
• Oversee operational management including compliance, risk mitigation, and the implementation of best practices across all functions.

Experience

• Proven experience in corporate strategy development with a track record of leading organizations through growth phases.
• Extensive executive leadership experience within nonprofit or business sectors with demonstrated success in managing large teams and complex operations.
• Strong background in business management including strategic planning, operational oversight, financial management, and fundraising.
• Demonstrated expertise in nonprofit financial management including budget oversight at an executive level.
• Experience collaborating effectively with board members to develop strategic initiatives and governance policies.
• Skilled in marketing strategies that elevate organizational presence and stakeholder engagement.
• Prior experience in nonprofit or nonprofit-like environments with a focus on mission-driven program delivery and fundraising for development initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with a passion for mentorship, team management, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture.

Pay: $172,916.82 - $637,555.74 per year
