We are a 120 bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing our residents exceptional healthcare services in a fun work atmosphere. We pride ourselves on setting the standard for long term healthcare in central Arkansas & remain the only facility to not have a change of ownership or administrative leadership for over 30 years!
Qualified candidates will have an understanding of state & federal regulations set forth by OLTC & CMS and be regulatory compliant maintain ethical nursing practices at all times. This position requires strong leadership qualities and oversees CNAs in their assigned areas, excellent communication skills with both residents/ responsible party & all levels of staff, from frontline staff to administration. The ability to provide competent nursing services is essential to this position. The person hired for this position must have the ability to use point Click care, the EHC used by our facility.
