AlphaBravo Construction LLC specializes in commercial construction projects, including gas stations, convenience stores, retail facilities, and hospitality developments. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction to oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring effective planning, coordination, budget control, and timely execution while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage multiple civil construction projects simultaneously, from planning and execution through completion and handover.

· Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation plans.

· Oversee construction operations and coordinate with site superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers.

· Monitor project progress, labor, materials, and costs to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

· Review construction drawings, specifications, estimates, change orders, and project documentation.

· Identify project risks, resolve construction challenges, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays and cost overruns.

· Ensure compliance with construction standards, approved plans, safety requirements, building codes, and applicable regulations.

· Conduct site visits and project meetings to evaluate progress, address issues, and maintain accountability across all active projects.

· Provide regular project updates, cost reports, and progress reports to senior management.

· Oversee inspections, punch-list completion, closeout documentation, and final project handover.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

· 7–10 years of experience in civil or commercial construction project management.

· Proven experience managing multiple construction projects concurrently.

· Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and resource planning.

· Experience with commercial developments, gas stations, convenience stores, retail, or hospitality projects is preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Procore, or similar construction management tools.

· Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to travel between active construction sites as required.
