As a Senior Private Client Advisor, you will:

• Work with and through others, building and maintaining relationships.

As a Senior Private Client Advisor, you will help lead the growth and drive the performance of the Bank’s private banking and wealth management business. This role is responsible for driving client acquisition and deepening relationships, while delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience. You will deliver banking solutions (lending and deposits) and in partnership with other team members to high-net-worth clients and other clients you develop (i.e. CRE, home builders, C&I, etc.), ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, strong risk management and exceptional execution. You will develop opportunities to partner with the Bank’s wealth management and trust team to deepen client relationships and grow assets under management in the region.

• Help develop regional strategy to drive growth in private client relationships, assets under management, and revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering integrated banking, mortgage, and partnering to provide wealth solutions through partnership with the wealth management and trust team
• Build and deliver on existing relationships and through existing channels client needs and requests that fall within or without the scope of private banking ensure the overall success and growth of you portfolio by deepening relationships of existing clients and through the acquisition of new clients, while cross-selling loans, depository and Treasury Management products to new and existing bank clients
• Review clients’ credit needs, designing solutions, negotiating credit terms, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications
• Manage existing portfolio of clients and monitor client relationships for compliance with credit standards, as well as updating financials, maintaining insurance on bank collateral and reviewing loans for accurate grades
• Provide financial advice and counsel to clients and prospective clients regarding trends and conditions of the business environment and general banking trends
• Review loan documents to ensure that they are in accordance with the Loan Policy and with banking laws and regulations
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations, including laws, rules and regulations dealing with safety and soundness, consumer protection and privacy and non-discrimination
• Build great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position
• Drive business development through commercial bankers, COI relationships, networking, and market presence
• Support private clients’ time-sensitive banking needs as part of team
• Partner with private bank mortgage origination team to deliver personalized service to high-net-worth clients
• Partner with private client leadership and credit team to deliver bespoke credit solutions
• Position wealth management and trust capabilities to create opportunities with private clients and prospects
• Monitor your portfolio performance, including loan growth, deposits, AUM, and profitability metrics
• Partner with executive leadership to align regional strategy with enterprise objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Represent the Bank in client, community, and industry settings

Minimum Requirements: This position requires the following educational and/or job experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth client services
• Proven leadership experience managing regional or multi-market teams
• Strong track record of business development, client acquisition, and portfolio growth
• Strong knowledge of deposit and lending solutions, deep understanding of residential mortgage lending (including jumbo, portfolio and construction products) and a working knowledge of wealth management and trust/estate planning capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial statements and client structures
• Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities
• Experience integrating mortgage, banking, and wealth solutions into a unified client offering
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset
