About UltraSculpt
UltraSculpt is building a new category in luxury anti-aging and wellness.
Founded by a PhD researcher with more than 25 years of anti-aging and metabolic-health research experience, UltraSculpt combines patented ultrasound technology with patented microRNA skincare science to support structural lifting and collagen production.
What makes the treatment experience especially compelling is its combination of visible results from the first treatment, no pain, and no downtime.
UltraSculpt is offered through an expanding network of premium spas, MedSpas, wellness practices, luxury hospitality locations, and private events.
We are looking for exceptional professionals who can do two things extremely well:
Deliver outstanding treatments—and build outstanding client relationships.
The Role
As an UltraSculpt Specialist, you will be responsible for consistently executing UltraSculpt protocols safely, precisely, and effectively, while creating a premium experience that turns first-time clients into long-term UltraSculpt clients.
You will:
- Perform UltraSculpt treatments according to established protocols and safety standards
- Master treatment technique and consistently deliver a high-quality client experience
- Educate clients about UltraSculpt technology, skin tightening, structural lifting, and collagen-focused rejuvenation
- Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate treatment programs
- Build trust, follow up with clients, and develop long-term relationships
- Convert interested clients into treatment packages and repeat programs
- Build new clientele through referrals, networking, events, and relationships within your market
- Host demonstrations, launch events, UltraSculpt Parties, and premium client activations
- Work across luxury spas, MedSpas, wellness destinations, hospitality environments, and private events
- Identify opportunities to introduce UltraSculpt to new clients, communities, and partners
- Track client progress and help document visible transformations
- Represent UltraSculpt with confidence, sophistication, energy, and professionalism
Who Will Thrive Here
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, personable, and highly proactive.
The strongest candidates are:
- Excellent at hands-on aesthetic or wellness treatments
- Able to learn and execute a treatment protocol consistently every time
- Attentive to safety, technique, client comfort, and results
- Warm, polished, confident, and comfortable with luxury clientele
- Strong communicators who quickly build trust
- Comfortable recommending treatment programs and closing package sales
- Proactive about creating opportunities rather than waiting for a full schedule to be handed to them
- Skilled at building clientele, generating referrals, and following up
- Dependable, responsive, organized, and accountable
- Excited about anti-aging, aesthetics, wellness, and emerging technology
- Energized by events, new environments, and growth
- Interested in building a larger role as UltraSculpt expands
If you have previously built your own client book, generated referrals, sold premium services, or developed relationships that created new business, we especially want to hear from you.
Growth & Compensation
UltraSculpt is growing rapidly, and top performers will have opportunities to grow with the company.
Compensation includes:
- Hourly treatment compensation
- Treatment and package commissions
- Performance bonuses
- Event opportunities
- Additional earning opportunities tied to client and market development
Exceptional specialists may advance into positions such as Lead Specialist, Treatment Trainer, Regional Event Leader, Market Launch Specialist, Luxury Partnership Representative, Regional Manager, or National Training Team Member.
Top performers may also participate in VIP events, conferences, luxury partnerships, media opportunities, and new-market launches.
Qualifications
An active RN, NP, PA, massage therapy, or esthetician license is required.
Experience in aesthetics, skin tightening, body treatments, MedSpas, luxury hospitality, wellness, or premium-service sales is preferred.
UltraSculpt provides training on our technology, treatment protocols, client experience, and approach.

Client Specialist Jobs in Atlanta: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a client specialist job in Atlanta?
Focus your search on Atlanta's three dominant hiring sectors: financial services firms clustered in Buckhead, health systems and insurers based in Midtown and the Medical Center corridor, and technology companies concentrated in the Central Business District and along the Perimeter. Employers here prize candidates who can demonstrate CRM proficiency, client retention results, and clear written communication. Networking through local professional associations and targeting firms in each of these districts gives you the strongest edge.
Which companies hire client specialists in Atlanta?
Companies currently hiring client specialists in Atlanta include OnPay, Alston & Bird, and First Horizon Bank, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Atlanta's market draws a mix of large financial institutions, regional health insurers, and enterprise technology firms, all of which maintain dedicated client specialist teams.
Are there remote client specialist jobs in Atlanta?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the role type. Desk-based and analytical client specialist positions, such as those in financial services or software, tend to offer remote or hybrid options, while client-facing roles in healthcare or wealth management are more likely to require in-person presence. About 27% of client specialist openings tied to Atlanta are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with the highest remote share coming from technology and insurance employers.
How can I get a client specialist job in Atlanta with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Atlanta is through customer service or account coordinator roles at regional banks, insurance carriers, or healthcare organizations, which routinely hire candidates without prior client specialist titles. Atlanta's large financial services and health insurance presence means consistent entry-level openings. Highlighting experience with CRM tools, strong written communication, and any client-facing internship or retail background will differentiate you with local employers who use structured training programs to develop candidates into full client specialist roles.
Which industries hire the most client specialists in Atlanta?
Atlanta client specialist roles concentrate in Accounting & Auditing, Staffing & Recruiting, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Atlanta's status as a regional hub for banking, health insurance, and enterprise software creates sustained demand across all three sectors, with hiring spread across Buckhead, Midtown, and the Perimeter submarket.
