- Implementation Support: Audit go-live milestones against onboarding data to ensure process accuracy and system health.

- Technical Enablement: Gain proficiency in the Customer Success tech stack (Gainsight, CRM, Confluence, AI-driven analytics); leverage these tools to generate data-driven reports and in product workflows to identify operational trends that influence account health and customer satisfaction.
Customer Success Intern Requirements:
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail regarding data integrity and auditing.
- Familiarity with Customer Success tools (Gainsight, CRM, Confluence) or a strong willingness to learn technical platforms is a plus.

Customer Success Engineer Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer success engineer in Georgia?
Most customer success engineer roles in Georgia do not require a state-issued license. Employers typically look for a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering, combined with hands-on experience in SaaS support or implementation. Georgia's strong university pipeline through Georgia Tech, Georgia State, and Kennesaw State produces candidates who move into the role, and industry certifications such as Gainsight PX or AWS Cloud Practitioner add a measurable edge in local listings.
Which companies hire customer success engineers in Georgia?
Companies currently hiring customer success engineers in Georgia include Samsara, Infor, and Stripe, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Georgia's large concentration of fintech and enterprise software firms in the Atlanta metro area means consistent, recurring demand for this role throughout the year.
Which Georgia cities have the most customer success engineer jobs?
Atlanta, Duluth, and Norcross have the most customer success engineer openings in Georgia. Atlanta dominates because of its dense cluster of technology headquarters, fintech companies, and regional offices for major cloud and SaaS vendors, while Alpharetta's technology corridor draws additional demand from cybersecurity and enterprise software firms headquartered there, and Savannah's growing logistics-technology sector accounts for the openings outside metro Atlanta.
Are there remote customer success engineer jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 92% of customer success engineer openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how naturally the role fits distributed work. The portions of the role most often performed remotely are onboarding calls, technical troubleshooting sessions, and product training, while on-site work is more common for enterprise accounts requiring hands-on integration support.
How can I get hired as a customer success engineer in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from a technical support, solutions consultant, or IT helpdesk role within a Georgia-based SaaS or fintech company. Large Atlanta employers regularly hire associate customer success engineers and implementation specialists from adjacent positions, and firms like NCR Voyix and Cox Enterprises run structured onboarding programs for candidates with strong technical aptitude but limited direct CSE experience. Building familiarity with Salesforce administration or earning an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification makes a Georgia candidate noticeably more competitive for these entry-level openings.
Where can I find and apply to customer success engineer jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to customer success engineer jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current Georgia openings. Search the available roles, identify the ones that match your experience and preferred location or work arrangement, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
