We are a growing private practice in Herriman seeking a compassionate, self-motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent licensed mental health professional to join our team full-time. . We are committed to providing high-quality care to diverse populations in a supportive and collaborative work environment. We are looking for someone who is completely licensed and does not need supervision.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is confident managing their own caseload, enjoys working with diverse clients, and values autonomy while being part of a collegial team. We are needing a seasoned therapist who can manage their schedule with simple practice, schedule their clients that are assigned to them. This role allows flexibility, clinical independence, and the opportunity to grow within a positive practice culture. We are needing someone who can offer therapy to a diverse population, but specifically enjoys working with couples. It is a full time position, it will start part time as your schedule builds into full time. This usually takes several months to get to full time, depending on how open you are to managing your schedule.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage a full client caseload
- Provide individual (and/or couples/family) therapy, but specifically enjoys couples work
- Complete timely documentation and treatment planning
- Collaborate professionally with colleagues as needed
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active Utah LCSW license (or equivalent independent clinical license such as CMHC, LMFT)
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Self-directed and organized
- Experience in private practice preferred but not required
