Job Summary
Emergency Care Communications Specialists (ECCS) are responsible for all EMS communication for the Emergency Care Center and activation of specialty response teams (trauma, stroke, burn, STEMI) across the health system. This position reports to the EMS Liaison Manager and has no direct reports. No other positions report to the EMS Liaison Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Georgia Paramedic License
- (3) + years Paramedic/EMS experience
- (5) + years Paramedic/EMS experience in a high-volume system or communications center
- American Heart Association (BLS) Basic Life Support Certification
- American Heart Association (ACLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification
