INTRODUCTION
As the Internal Communications Manager, this role will support the development and execution of internal communications strategies and programs that create clarity, consistency, and connection across our venues and corporate teams. This is a REMOTE role.
ABOUT THE JOB
Play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation across regional operations. In this role, you will lead change strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering with leaders and project teams to guide organizations through complex transitions. Your work will support adoption, reinforce new ways of working, and ensure sustainable outcomes aligned to future-state operations.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently; however, may collaborate with a team.
PAY RANGE: $74290 per year - $96140 per year

- Experience leading enterprise or large-scale change initiatives with measurable adoption outcomes.
- Expertise in stakeholder analysis, organizational impact assessment, and transition planning.
- Background in developing targeted communication and training strategies for diverse audiences.
- Experience defining success metrics and evaluating change effectiveness across project phases.
- Commitment to building change management capability within teams and programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Related Experience: 7-10 years
