Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 80 units (2 communities) MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, Must utilize technology (Appfolio) to streamline maintenace process, leasing activity, reporting ect. Must be familiar with managing small properties. Monitoring all advertising and specials for the community.
- You will be responsible to lease, rent collections, lease renewals, and move-ins/move-outs, MUST know how to process 7-days and do the eviction process in its totality. Creating and maintaining schedule for staff. Must be able to schedule and monitor the vacant preleased units.
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records related to residents, leases, and property management. ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION PLAN
- Oversee facilities management, including regular inspections and maintenance of common areas.
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management is required.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage conflict resolution among residents.
- Experience with Appfolio or similar property management software is required.
As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of property management, including leasing, following up on delinquencies daily, maintenance, resident relations/retention, and Fair Housing Laws. Your attention to detail, administrative skills, and Fair Housing regulations will be essential in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
