Align Your Resume to Industrial Distribution
Applied Industrial Technologies focuses on industrial products and supply chain solutions, not factory floor production. Frame your Manufacturing experience around distribution operations, inventory management, or technical product support to match how the company defines the function.
Target Roles Flagged for Permanent Sponsorship
Applied Industrial Technologies has pursued EB-2 and EB-3 pathways for Manufacturing hires. When applying, confirm during early conversations whether the specific role is open to PERM-based sponsorship, since not every position on a career site carries the same filing intent.
Prepare Your Credentials for PERM Documentation Early
PERM labor certification requires a precise match between your education, experience, and the job requirements DOL reviews. Gather degree transcripts, employment verification letters, and any professional certifications before you receive an offer, not after.
Browse Open Manufacturing Positions on Migrate Mate
Find Manufacturing openings at Applied Industrial Technologies filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles where employers have an active sponsorship history rather than requiring you to cold-screen every job listing.
Ask HR About the PERM Timeline at Offer Stage
EB-3 PERM processing through DOL can run six months to over a year before USCIS even receives a petition. Raise the expected timeline with the hiring team before accepting an offer so you can plan your current visa status accordingly.
Confirm Work Authorization Before Your Start Date
Applied Industrial Technologies participates in E-Verify, meaning your employment eligibility is confirmed electronically on day one. Ensure your I-94, EAD, or other underlying work authorization document is current and accurately reflects your status before onboarding begins.

Find Manufacturing at Applied Industrial Technologies JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Applied Industrial Technologies sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturings?
Applied Industrial Technologies' primary sponsorship pathway for Manufacturing roles runs through permanent residency categories, specifically EB-2 and EB-3, rather than the H-1B. If you're currently on an H-1B with another employer, a transfer to Applied Industrial Technologies is possible, but the company's track record in this function centers on long-term green card sponsorship rather than new H-1B filings.
Which visa types are commonly used for Manufacturing roles at Applied Industrial Technologies?
Manufacturing positions at Applied Industrial Technologies are most commonly associated with EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, which require the employer to complete PERM labor certification through the Department of Labor. EB-3 is the more typical pathway for roles that require a bachelor's degree or skilled work experience, while EB-2 applies where the position demands an advanced degree or exceptional ability.
What qualifications or experience are expected for Manufacturing roles at Applied Industrial Technologies?
Applied Industrial Technologies operates in industrial distribution and supply chain services, so Manufacturing roles generally require experience in areas like operations management, warehouse or logistics coordination, or technical product support rather than direct production work. A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field strengthens your profile, and PERM-based sponsorship typically requires that your credentials precisely match the documented job requirements.
How do I apply for Manufacturing jobs at Applied Industrial Technologies?
You can browse Manufacturing openings at Applied Industrial Technologies on Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship eligibility so you're not guessing which positions are open to international candidates. Once you identify a role, apply directly through the company's careers portal and clearly indicate your sponsorship needs early in the process, ideally before the first interview round.
How do I plan my visa timeline when pursuing a Manufacturing role at Applied Industrial Technologies?
Because Applied Industrial Technologies sponsors through PERM-based categories, you should account for a multi-stage process: DOL labor certification can take six months to well over a year, followed by USCIS petition review and then priority date movement if your country of birth faces a backlog. Start conversations about sponsorship intent during the offer stage, and ensure your current work authorization covers you through at least the initial PERM filing period.
