Verify Your Nursing License Before Applying
BAYADA requires an active state RN license before any hire can proceed. If you're internationally trained, confirm your NCLEX status and state endorsement is in progress well before you target open roles, since license delays will stall any sponsorship conversation.
Target Home Health Roles Strategically
BAYADA fills positions across home health, hospice, and pediatric settings. Roles requiring specialized clinical experience, such as pediatric or IV therapy nursing, often face harder local recruitment and are more likely to lead to sponsorship discussions than general adult home care openings.
Ask Recruiters Directly About Filing Timelines
BAYADA's HR teams handle sponsorship case by case. Ask the recruiter explicitly whether they work with an immigration attorney, what their typical H-1B filing timeline looks like, and whether they file standard or premium processing, so you can plan your status gap accordingly.
Use Migrate Mate to Find Open Sponsored Roles
Search BAYADA's verified sponsorship-eligible Clinical Registered Nurse postings through Migrate Mate. Filtering by visa type lets you identify which specific BAYADA locations and specialties are actively hiring internationally, saving time you'd otherwise spend cold-applying to offices that don't sponsor.
Prepare a Credential Evaluation Early
If your nursing degree is from outside the U.S., get a CGFNS or equivalent credential evaluation completed before you start interviewing. BAYADA will need documentation confirming your education meets U.S. equivalency standards before they can file an LCA with the DOL.

Does BAYADA Home Health Care sponsor H-1B visas for Clinical Registered Nurses?
Yes, BAYADA Home Health Care has sponsored H-1B visas for Clinical Registered Nurses. Sponsorship is not automatic for every opening, and decisions are typically made at the hiring manager and HR level for specific locations. Roles in underserved areas or specialized home health settings are more likely to come with sponsorship support.
How do I apply for Clinical Registered Nurse jobs at BAYADA Home Health Care?
You can browse and apply to BAYADA's Clinical Registered Nurse openings directly through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles where visa sponsorship has been confirmed. From there, applications go through BAYADA's own hiring process, which typically includes a phone screen, clinical interview, and reference checks before any sponsorship discussion begins.
Which visa types does BAYADA Home Health Care commonly use for Clinical Registered Nurses?
BAYADA sponsors H-1B visas for RNs and also accommodates F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for nursing graduates still within their authorized work period. Canadian and Mexican citizens may be eligible for TN status, which covers registered nurses as a designated profession under USMCA and has no annual cap or lottery.
What qualifications does BAYADA Home Health Care expect from Clinical Registered Nurse candidates?
BAYADA typically requires an active RN license in the state where the role is based, a valid NCLEX pass, and a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience, with preference for home health or community nursing backgrounds. Internationally trained nurses need a CGFNS credential evaluation and may need to meet state-specific endorsement requirements before an offer can be extended.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Clinical Registered Nurse role at BAYADA?
If BAYADA files an H-1B on your behalf, the process begins with an LCA submission to the DOL, which takes around seven business days when processed correctly. Standard H-1B adjudication by USCIS can take three to six months; premium processing reduces this to roughly 15 business days. Plan for potential gaps between your current work authorization and an approved H-1B start date.
