Credential Your Degree Before Applying
Many Healthcare roles at BAYADA require state licensure tied to a U.S.-recognized degree. Get your foreign credentials evaluated by a NACES-approved agency early so your equivalency determination is ready when a recruiter asks.
Target Field-Based Openings Over Corporate Roles
BAYADA's sponsorship activity clusters around direct patient care positions rather than administrative functions. Focus your search on clinical roles like registered nurse or physical therapist, where employer demand and sponsorship willingness are strongest.
Clarify OPT or CPT Authorization With the Recruiter Early
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your authorization covers home health work before your first interview. BAYADA hires under CPT and OPT, but your employment authorization document must match the clinical setting, not just the job title.
Understand BAYADA's H-1B Filing Window
USCIS's H-1B cap registration opens in March and covers employment starting October 1. Ask your BAYADA recruiter when the company submits petitions internally so you can align your offer timeline with that annual window and avoid a gap in work authorization.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter Healthcare Openings by Visa Type
Searching BAYADA's full job board manually doesn't show sponsorship eligibility by role. Migrate Mate filters active Healthcare openings at BAYADA by visa type so you apply only to positions where your work authorization is a genuine fit.
Confirm State Licensure Portability Before Relocating
BAYADA operates across multiple states, and H-1B petitions are filed for a specific work location. If your nursing or therapy license isn't valid in the state tied to your offer, get licensure transfer or endorsement underway before your petition is submitted to USCIS.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does BAYADA Home Health Care sponsor H-1B visas for Healthcares?
Yes, BAYADA Home Health Care sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying Healthcare roles, particularly in direct patient care. Sponsorship is most common for licensed clinical positions such as registered nurses and physical therapists. If you're a strong candidate for a clinical opening, it's worth asking the recruiter directly about H-1B eligibility during the offer stage.
How do I apply for Healthcare jobs at BAYADA Home Health Care?
You can browse and apply for Healthcare positions at BAYADA through Migrate Mate, which filters openings by visa type so you can focus on roles where sponsorship is realistic. Once you identify a fit, apply directly through BAYADA's application portal and note your work authorization status upfront. Clinical roles typically require a current state license as part of the initial screening.
Which visa types are commonly used for Healthcare roles at BAYADA Home Health Care?
BAYADA has sponsored H-1B visas and also hires candidates on F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT, as well as TN visa status for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying healthcare occupations. TN is available for specific roles like nurses and physical therapists under USMCA. The right visa type depends on your nationality, degree, and the specific position.
What qualifications does BAYADA Home Health Care expect for Healthcare roles?
Most clinical Healthcare roles at BAYADA require an active, unencumbered state license in the relevant discipline, such as an RN license or physical therapy license. For foreign-trained candidates, a credential evaluation from a NACES-recognized agency is typically required to establish equivalency to U.S. degree standards before licensure applications can proceed.
How do I time my application if I need H-1B sponsorship from BAYADA?
USCIS opens H-1B cap registration each March, with employment starting October 1. To align with that cycle, aim to have an offer finalized by February so BAYADA's immigration team can include your petition in the registration window. If you're already on OPT, you may be able to start before October using OPT cap-gap protection while your petition is pending.
