Frame your credentials around LCA wage tiers
BKF Engineers files Labor Condition Applications with DOL before any Green Card petition moves forward. Research the prevailing wage level for Customer Service Management in the specific metro where BKF has offices, and document how your experience positions you at or above that threshold.
Target BKF's project-facing service roles
Customer Service Management at an engineering consultancy means coordinating between project teams and external clients, not call center work. Tailor your resume to show client relationship management on technical or infrastructure projects, since that framing aligns with how BKF defines this function internally.
Distinguish EB-2 and EB-3 eligibility early
BKF sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for this role. If your degree is in a directly related field and you have progressive management experience, EB-2 may apply. Without an advanced degree, EB-3 is the realistic path, and PERM labor certification will be required regardless.
Confirm your status supports concurrent PERM filing
Green Card sponsorship through PERM takes time, and your current nonimmigrant status needs to remain valid throughout. If you're on OPT or an H-1B, verify your authorized stay covers the expected PERM and I-140 timeline before accepting an offer that leads directly into sponsorship.
Use Migrate Mate to filter BKF's open roles
BKF Engineers posts Customer Service Management openings across multiple locations at once, and availability shifts with project cycles. Browse and filter current openings at BKF through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles specifically tied to employers with verified sponsorship history for this function.
Ask about sponsorship scope during the offer stage
Before signing, clarify whether BKF's sponsorship covers only PERM and I-140 or extends to premium processing for I-140 adjudication. Consulting firms sometimes vary this by seniority level, and knowing the scope upfront prevents misaligned expectations once the petition is underway.

Does BKF Engineers sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service Managements?
BKF Engineers' documented sponsorship activity for Customer Service Management is focused on employment-based Green Cards, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 categories, rather than H-1B nonimmigrant visas. If you're currently on H-1B status through another employer, you could potentially transfer to BKF while simultaneously pursuing Green Card sponsorship, but you should confirm H-1B transfer support directly with their HR team during the offer process.
How do I apply for Customer Service Management jobs at BKF Engineers?
You can find current Customer Service Management openings at BKF Engineers through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by employer and visa sponsorship type. When applying, submit a resume that highlights client-facing coordination experience in professional services or engineering environments. BKF operates across multiple regional offices, so specify your preferred location and confirm during interviews which roles carry Green Card sponsorship eligibility.
Which visa types does BKF Engineers use for Customer Service Management sponsorship?
BKF Engineers sponsors employment-based permanent residency for Customer Service Management professionals, primarily through the EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories. Both paths require PERM labor certification filed with DOL before USCIS adjudicates the I-140 immigrant petition. EB-2 applies if you hold an advanced degree or can demonstrate exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers professionals with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience.
What qualifications does BKF Engineers expect for Customer Service Management roles?
BKF Engineers is a civil engineering and infrastructure consultancy, so Customer Service Management hires are expected to manage relationships with project owners, municipalities, or private developers. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is generally expected, along with experience coordinating service delivery in a professional services or technical environment. Familiarity with project-based billing cycles and multi-stakeholder communication is a practical differentiator.
How long does the Green Card sponsorship process take at BKF Engineers?
The PERM labor certification process with DOL typically takes six to twelve months before BKF can file the I-140 petition with USCIS. I-140 adjudication adds several more months unless premium processing is requested. For EB-3 applicants from high-demand countries, priority date backlogs tracked by the State Department Visa Bulletin can extend the overall timeline significantly beyond the initial filing stages.
