Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Supply Chain Jobs at CEMEX Jobs
Align your credentials to LCA-covered roles
CEMEX files Labor Condition Applications with the DOL before sponsoring any H-1B worker. Research which Supply Chain job titles appear in DOL disclosure data to confirm your target role fits their established sponsorship pattern before applying.
Target procurement and logistics operations roles
CEMEX's Supply Chain needs are concentrated in raw materials procurement, cement distribution, and network optimization. Emphasize experience with industrial materials, bulk logistics, or regional distribution when positioning yourself for open Supply Chain positions.
Prepare equivalency documentation for your degree
If you hold a three-year international degree, obtain a credential evaluation from NACES-member organizations before interviews. USCIS scrutinizes specialty occupation requirements closely for Supply Chain roles, and having evaluation documents ready accelerates the I-129 filing process.
Raise sponsorship early in the offer stage
Don't wait until a written offer to confirm CEMEX will sponsor your specific visa type. Clarify during final-round interviews whether their HR team handles TN or H-1B filings in-house, since processing timelines differ significantly between those categories.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open roles efficiently
CEMEX posts Supply Chain openings across multiple locations, and availability shifts frequently. Search Migrate Mate to filter for CEMEX Supply Chain positions that actively welcome visa sponsorship candidates, so you focus applications where there's genuine hiring intent.
Account for PERM timing if targeting Green Card sponsorship
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires CEMEX to complete a PERM labor market test through DOL before your petition is filed. That process typically adds many months to your timeline, so initiate the conversation with your hiring manager well before your current status expires.

Find Supply Chain at CEMEX JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CEMEX sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain roles?
Yes, CEMEX sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain positions. The process requires CEMEX to first file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL, then submit Form I-129 to USCIS. H-1B sponsorship is most common for roles requiring a specialized degree, such as Supply Chain management, industrial engineering, or operations research.
Which visa types does CEMEX commonly use for Supply Chain positions?
CEMEX sponsors H-1B visas for degree-required Supply Chain roles and supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for longer-term employment. Canadian and Mexican nationals may be eligible for TN status, which covers certain supply chain and logistics classifications under USMCA. F-1 OPT and CPT candidates in supply chain or engineering programs are also considered.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at CEMEX?
Apply directly through CEMEX's careers portal or search open positions on Migrate Mate, which filters for roles open to visa sponsorship candidates. Tailor your resume to CEMEX's specific Supply Chain context, including cement, aggregates, or building materials logistics. Confirm visa sponsorship availability with the recruiter early in the screening process to avoid wasted effort.
What qualifications does CEMEX typically expect for Supply Chain roles?
CEMEX generally looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, or a related field. Relevant experience in procurement, distribution, or logistics within manufacturing or materials industries strengthens your candidacy. SAP proficiency and familiarity with bulk commodity supply chains are frequently referenced in CEMEX Supply Chain job postings.
How do I plan my timeline if CEMEX is sponsoring my H-1B?
H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed once per year, with USCIS accepting registrations in March for an October 1 start date. If you miss the lottery cycle, you may need to bridge on OPT, CPT, or another status. Confirm your current authorization end date with CEMEX's HR team as early as possible so filing deadlines don't catch either party off guard.
