- Prepare finished goods for shipment, including packaging, crating, and labeling
- Maintain a clean and well organized workspace in support of 5S and overall operational excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, organization, and overall warehouse efficiency
What you bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse, material handling, or a related field
- Proficiency with basic computer applications for documenting and receiving/shipping material goods
- Hands-on experience using basic hand tools and torque wrenches
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, citizen status, uniform service member and veteran status, marital status, age, pregnancy status, protected medical condition, genetic information, disability, or any other protected status. Multiple studies have found that a higher percentage of women and BIPOC candidates won't apply if they don't meet every listed qualification. Chef values candidates of all backgrounds. If you find yourself excited by our mission but you don't check every box in the description, we encourage you to apply anyway!
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Chef Robotics Visa Sponsorship USA
Target engineering and AI roles first
Chef Robotics builds physical AI systems for food automation, so robotics engineers, computer vision specialists, and machine learning researchers are the most likely candidates for visa sponsorship. Focus your application on technical roles where their hiring is concentrated.
Time your application around H-1B lottery season
Chef Robotics has sponsored H-1B visas, so it's worth having conversations with their recruiting team before January if you need H-1B sponsorship. Employers at this stage need lead time to file petitions ahead of the April lottery registration window.
Signal long-term fit in a high-growth company
Smaller robotics companies weigh sponsorship costs carefully against retention. Demonstrating deep alignment with Chef Robotics's mission in food automation, and showing you're a long-term hire, meaningfully increases the likelihood they'll commit to sponsoring your visa.
Use Migrate Mate to track verified sponsorship history
Sponsorship records at early-stage robotics companies aren't always easy to surface. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find roles at companies like Chef Robotics that are confirmed to have filed before.

Does Chef Robotics sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Chef Robotics has sponsored H-1B visas. As an AI and robotics company, their sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical roles requiring specialized skills in areas like machine learning, computer vision, and robotics engineering. If you're targeting an H-1B at Chef Robotics, engaging early with their recruiting team before the annual lottery registration window opens is the most effective approach.
What visa types does Chef Robotics sponsor?
Chef Robotics sponsors H-1B visas and supports F-1 OPT, allowing international students on Optional Practical Training to join the team. They also have a history of TN sponsorship, which is available to qualifying Canadian and Mexican nationals in technical roles. The combination of these pathways makes them accessible to a range of international candidates in engineering and AI disciplines.
Which roles at Chef Robotics are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Chef Robotics is most common in technical roles tied directly to their core product: robotics engineers, software engineers, machine learning researchers, and computer vision specialists. Operations and go-to-market roles are less likely to require sponsorship based on typical hiring patterns at companies of this type and stage, though it's worth confirming directly with their team.
How do I find open roles at Chef Robotics that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find verified sponsorship opportunities at companies like Chef Robotics. Because sponsorship eligibility isn't always listed on job postings, Migrate Mate surfaces roles from employers with confirmed filing histories so you're not guessing. Filter by visa type and industry to find the Chef Robotics openings most relevant to your background.
How do I approach the application process at Chef Robotics as an international candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early in the process. Chef Robotics is a technology company that has navigated sponsorship before, so the conversation won't be unfamiliar to their recruiting team. If you're on F-1 OPT, highlight that you can start immediately without additional filings. For H-1B candidates, initiate contact before January to leave enough time for petition preparation ahead of the lottery.
