Align your credentials to collision repair standards
I-CAR and ASE certifications carry real weight in collision repair hiring. Before applying, verify your credentials translate directly to Classic Collision's manufacturing roles, since repair centers prioritize trade-specific qualifications over general manufacturing backgrounds.
Target locations with active hiring volume
Classic Collision operates hundreds of centers across multiple states. Focus your applications on markets where they're actively expanding, since high-volume locations are more likely to move quickly through the offer and sponsorship process for skilled manufacturing candidates.
Clarify sponsorship scope during your first interview
Classic Collision sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for manufacturing roles. Ask the hiring manager directly which pathway applies to your position, since PERM labor certification timelines and requirements differ significantly between the two classifications.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsoring locations
Not every Classic Collision location sponsors visas at the same rate. Browse Manufacturing openings by location on Migrate Mate to identify centers with a confirmed sponsorship track record before investing time in applications.
Prepare documentation for PERM before your offer stage
EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for manufacturing roles triggers a PERM labor certification filing with the DOL. Gather your educational credentials, employment history, and any foreign degree equivalency evaluations in advance so nothing delays the employer's filing timeline.

Find Manufacturing at Classic Collision JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Classic Collision sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturings?
Classic Collision's manufacturing roles are primarily hands-on, trade-based positions that typically don't meet the USCIS specialty occupation standard required for H-1B sponsorship. The company's documented sponsorship activity for this function centers on employment-based Green Card pathways (EB-2 and EB-3) and F-1 OPT or CPT authorization for students currently enrolled in qualifying academic programs.
Which visa types does Classic Collision commonly use for Manufacturing roles?
Classic Collision sponsors F-1 CPT and OPT for students in manufacturing-related programs, allowing hands-on work experience at their collision centers. For longer-term employment, the company has used EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, which require PERM labor certification through the DOL before USCIS can adjudicate the immigrant petition.
What qualifications does Classic Collision expect for sponsored Manufacturing positions?
Classic Collision's manufacturing roles in collision repair typically require technical proficiency in auto body repair, painting, or structural work. Industry certifications from I-CAR or ASE strengthen your profile significantly. For Green Card-sponsored roles, the DOL's PERM process will benchmark your qualifications against the position's minimum requirements, so your credentials need to match the job description precisely.
How do I apply for Manufacturing jobs at Classic Collision?
Browse current Manufacturing openings at Classic Collision on Migrate Mate, where listings are filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility so you can identify roles that match your authorization type. When you apply, be upfront about your visa status on the application. Classic Collision's recruiters handle sponsorship assessments early in the process, so clarity avoids delays later.
How do I understand the timeline for Green Card sponsorship in a Manufacturing role at Classic Collision?
EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for manufacturing roles begins with PERM labor certification, which the DOL typically processes in six to twelve months. After USCIS approves the I-140 petition, your wait for a visa number depends on your country of birth and the current priority date cutoffs. For candidates from high-demand countries, total timelines can extend significantly beyond the initial filing stages.
