Align your credentials with collision repair operations
Classic Collision's Operations roles typically require hands-on familiarity with auto body repair workflows, estimating systems, or production scheduling. Certifications in I-CAR, ASE, or body shop management strengthen your profile before you apply.
Target locations with active hiring pipelines
Classic Collision operates hundreds of centers across multiple states. Focus your applications on markets where the company is actively expanding, as those locations are more likely to have both open headcount and the internal resources to initiate a sponsorship filing.
Clarify sponsorship intent before the offer stage
Operations roles at collision repair companies often attract local candidates first. Raise your visa status early in the process so hiring managers can loop in HR before an offer is drafted, avoiding delays once the decision is made.
Understand how EB-2 and EB-3 timelines affect your planning
Classic Collision sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for Operations positions. The PERM labor certification process typically runs six months to over a year before USCIS adjudication begins, so negotiate your start date and transition timeline with that runway in mind.
Use Migrate Mate to find Operations openings at Classic Collision
Classic Collision posts Operations roles across many locations, and not all appear consistently on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter for sponsorship-eligible positions at Classic Collision specifically, so you're only spending time on roles where your work authorization status is already accounted for.
Leverage F-1 OPT to demonstrate operational value early
If you're on F-1 OPT, a role at Classic Collision gives you up to 12 months to prove your fit in an Operations function. Strong performance during OPT creates a concrete internal case for the employer to initiate Green Card sponsorship before your status expires.

Find Operations at Classic Collision JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Classic Collision sponsor H-1B visas for Operations roles?
Classic Collision's documented sponsorship activity for Operations positions centers on employment-based Green Card categories rather than H-1B. If you're currently on H-1B status through another employer and seeking a transfer, it's worth discussing directly with Classic Collision's HR team whether they'll take on an H-1B transfer for a specific Operations opening, as policies can vary by location and role level.
Which visa types does Classic Collision commonly sponsor for Operations positions?
Classic Collision has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories for Operations roles, which cover both professional-level and skilled worker positions. The company also accepts candidates on F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT, making it a practical option if you're a student or recent graduate looking to gain experience in collision repair operations while maintaining valid status.
What qualifications does Classic Collision expect for Operations roles?
Classic Collision typically looks for candidates with experience in automotive service coordination, body shop production management, or repair workflow oversight. Familiarity with estimating platforms like CCC ONE or Mitchell, along with knowledge of cycle time metrics and insurance claim processes, is valued. Industry certifications such as I-CAR or ASE credentials can differentiate your application in a competitive pool.
How do I apply for Operations jobs at Classic Collision?
You can find and apply for Operations roles at Classic Collision through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by sponsorship eligibility so you're not wasting time on positions that won't support your visa status. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect collision repair or automotive service operations experience. Disclose your work authorization requirements early in the process so Classic Collision's recruiting team can assess fit before an offer is extended.
How do I plan my timeline if Classic Collision sponsors my Green Card through an Operations role?
If Classic Collision agrees to sponsor an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card, the process begins with PERM labor certification filed with DOL, which typically takes six months to over a year. USCIS then adjudicates the I-140 petition, and your priority date must become current before you can file for adjustment of status. Starting conversations with your manager and HR about sponsorship intent as early as possible gives you the most planning flexibility.
