About This Role
The Sales Operations Analyst is a key individual contributor within the Revenue Operations team, focused on enabling go-to-market execution through operational support, systems administration, data analysis, and territory and lead management. The role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps leadership to ensure processes are efficient, data is accurate, and the GTM team has what it needs to sell effectively. This role is ideal for someone equally comfortable building Salesforce reports, troubleshooting Outreach sequences, analyzing territory coverage, and sourcing new leads in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same.
- Execute core sales operations processes including pipeline hygiene, forecast preparation, and operational cadence support across the GTM organization.
- Triage and resolve operational requests from the GTM team, diagnosing issues independently before escalating technical items to the systems team.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for repeatable sales operations workflows; provide regular updates to Revenue Operations on operational health, emerging trends, and areas requiring attention.
- Execute commission calculations, payout reconciliation, and variable compensation tracking on a regular cadence; flag discrepancies and coordinate resolution with Finance and RevOps.
- Maintain quota data in the CRM and administer SPIFs, accelerators, and other incentive programs by tracking eligibility, calculating payouts, and ensuring alignment with plan documentation.
- Maintain capacity models, track ramp timelines, and provide coverage analysis by territory and segment; prepare data and build models to support annual planning, capacity planning, and budget planning processes in partnership with RevOps.
- Prepare materials and data packages for QBRs, monthly business reviews, and leadership planning sessions.
- Serve as a bridge between the business and the technical systems team — gather requirements from GTM stakeholders, define processes, document business requirements (BRDs), and partner with the systems team on implementation; troubleshoot issues across the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) and escalate technical items as needed.
- Define and document workflows, process changes, and system enhancement requests with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and business justification; assist in evaluating new tools and capabilities by gathering stakeholder input, defining use cases, and supporting vendor assessment.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot territory assignments and lead routing logic in Salesforce; partner with sales leaders on territory design, rebalancing, and coverage analysis as the organization scales.
- Leverage GTM tools (ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms) to source new leads and accounts, enrich existing records, and support TAM/SAM discovery for new verticals and markets; execute data hygiene initiatives including audits, deduplication, and data validation across key objects.
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and connected platforms; go beyond reporting — interpret data, identify trends, and proactively surface insights that inform operational and strategic decisions.
- Leverage AI tooling and emerging technology to accelerate operational workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and surface insights to improve speed and quality of sales operations execution.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar GTM support function.
- Hands-on experience navigating, configuring, and reporting in Salesforce; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus but not required.
- Hands-on experience with one or more sales engagement, conversational intelligence, or prospecting platforms (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or comparable tools).
- Familiarity with process documentation, data management, or RevOps best practices; knowledge of commercial real estate operations is advantageous.
Why Crexi?
- Rapidly growing startup with a dynamic work environment
- Flexible team structure with the ability to progress in career
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
- Collaborative culture and numerous team activities

Frame your SaaS sales experience precisely
Crexi sells commercial real estate software to brokers and investors. Highlight experience selling data platforms, marketplace tools, or proptech products on your resume so hiring managers immediately recognize your fit for their sales motion.
Target roles before your OPT clock starts
F-1 OPT gives you 12 months of authorized work, with a 60-day grace period if you lose a job. Timing your Crexi application to land an offer before your start date avoids gaps and gives HR time to file an H-1B before your OPT expires.
Confirm Crexi uses E-Verify before applying
STEM OPT extensions require the employer to be enrolled in E-Verify. Verify Crexi's enrollment status through the official E-Verify employer search before factoring a 24-month STEM extension into your visa timeline planning.
Ask about H-1B filing timelines during the offer stage
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October 1 start. If you receive a Crexi offer late in the calendar year, clarify whether the company will file in the upcoming registration window or bridge your status another way.
Research Crexi's open Sales roles on Migrate Mate
Crexi posts Sales positions across seniority levels throughout the year. Use Migrate Mate to filter their active openings by visa type so you can identify which roles align with your current status before reaching out to their recruiting team.
Prepare a specialization narrative for TN classification
TN status for Sales roles at a software company typically requires positioning the role as a Marketing or Computer Systems Analyst specialty rather than a general sales position. Work with an immigration attorney to align your offer letter language with DOL's TN occupation categories before signing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Crexi sponsor H-1B visas for Sales roles?
Crexi has sponsored H-1B visas and is a realistic target for Sales candidates on that pathway. Sponsorship for Sales roles is less automatic than in engineering, so raise the topic directly during the offer stage. Confirm the company's willingness to file before the April USCIS registration window and clarify whether they cover premium processing.
How do I apply for Sales jobs at Crexi?
Crexi posts Sales openings on its careers page and on job aggregators. You can also browse their current visa-sponsoring Sales roles on Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for positions open to candidates on H-1B, F-1 OPT, or TN status. Tailor your application to demonstrate experience with SaaS or marketplace platforms, since Crexi's sales team sells directly into commercial real estate workflows.
Which visa types does Crexi commonly use for Sales roles?
Crexi has sponsored H-1B visas and has hired candidates on F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for Sales positions. TN status is also a documented pathway for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose roles can be classified under a qualifying USMCA occupation category. The right visa depends on your nationality, current status, and the specific role's job duties.
What qualifications does Crexi look for in Sales candidates?
Crexi's Sales roles typically require demonstrated experience in a quota-carrying sales position, preferably selling SaaS or data products to business clients. Familiarity with commercial real estate, proptech, or marketplace business models is a strong differentiator. For visa sponsorship purposes, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field strengthens your H-1B specialty occupation classification.
How do I time my job search at Crexi around my visa status?
If you're on F-1 OPT, target a Crexi offer at least three to four months before your OPT end date to leave room for H-1B filing. USCIS opens H-1B registration in March for an October 1 cap start, so an offer secured by February gives Crexi's legal team adequate preparation time. If you miss the cap window, a cap-exempt filing through a qualifying organization is not typically available for commercial software sales roles, so the timing matters.
