Align your stack to Deloitte's delivery model
Deloitte's product engineering work centers on enterprise platforms built for large consulting engagements. Tailor your resume to show experience with cloud-native architectures and API-driven systems, not just generic full stack projects.
Target Deloitte's USI and federal practice units
Deloitte's U.S. India delivery centers and federal government practice both hire heavily for Full Stack Product Engineers and have established visa sponsorship pipelines. Applying to roles tied to these units improves your odds of landing a sponsor-ready team.
Clarify sponsorship status before your final interview
Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific business unit, not just Deloitte broadly, is approved to sponsor the visa type you need. Practice groups vary in their ability to initiate new sponsorships depending on project funding.
Understand how Deloitte times H-1B filings
USCIS's H-1B cap registration opens in March for an October 1 start date. If Deloitte extends an offer after the lottery closes, your start date shifts a full year unless you already hold H-1B status or qualify for a cap-exempt filing.
Build credentials that support E-3 or EB-2 pathways
For Australian nationals, Deloitte regularly sponsors E-3 visas, which have no lottery and can be filed year-round. For long-term candidates, documenting specialized expertise early strengthens an eventual EB-2 petition if Deloitte initiates PERM labor certification.
Use Migrate Mate to find open roles efficiently
Filtering specifically for Full Stack Product Engineer positions at Deloitte that are open to visa sponsorship saves significant time. Migrate Mate lets you search exactly that way, so you're applying to roles where sponsorship is already confirmed rather than guessing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Full Stack Product Engineers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Full Stack Product Engineers across multiple practice areas. The firm participates in the annual USCIS H-1B cap lottery, so timing matters. If you receive an offer after the March registration window closes, your earliest possible start date under a new H-1B is October 1 of the following fiscal year, unless you already hold transferable H-1B status.
How do I apply for Full Stack Product Engineer jobs at Deloitte?
You can browse and apply for Full Stack Product Engineer roles at Deloitte through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for positions open to visa sponsorship. Deloitte's application process typically includes a recruiter screen, a technical assessment focused on system design and coding, and multiple rounds with the hiring team. Applying through a filtered job board helps ensure the role you're targeting is actually sponsor-eligible before you invest time in the process.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Full Stack Product Engineers?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1 visa, and E-3 visas for Full Stack Product Engineers, covering nationals from countries including India, Chile, Singapore, and Australia. For candidates on a long-term permanent residency path, Deloitte also initiates EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through PERM labor certification, typically after an employee has been with the firm for a qualifying period.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Full Stack Product Engineer roles?
Deloitte generally looks for a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, which also satisfies the specialty occupation requirement for H-1B and E-3 petitions. Beyond the degree, practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, microservices architecture, and frontend frameworks is expected. Consulting-environment experience or exposure to large-scale enterprise systems is a distinct advantage in their hiring process.
How long does Deloitte's visa sponsorship process take for a Full Stack Product Engineer?
For H-1B transfers from an existing employer, USCIS allows you to begin working at Deloitte as soon as the petition is filed, with standard processing taking three to five months and premium processing available in about 15 business days. E-3 consular processing for Australian nationals typically runs two to four weeks from interview. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship is a multi-year process and is generally initiated after you've established yourself in the role.
