In this role, you will play a key part in the delivery of mission-critical provisioning services for our global BPO support agents. You'll ensure seamless tool access, conduct thorough compliance audits, and lead process improvement initiatives. In addition to access provisioning and audit responsibilities, you will also own documentation and workflow processes to support scalability and ensure operational consistency.
This is a high-ownership role requiring strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage technical complexities with confidence. You will report into the Strategic Planning & Execution Manager within the NOE organization.
Must be based in one of the following locations: New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Tempe, Sunnyvale and able to travel pending the needs of the business. Required to make bi-yearly trips for team on-sites.

- Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle access management for internal and external (BPO) support teams.

- Triage high-priority access issues and work closely with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to resolve them swiftly.
- Troubleshoot complex identity issues (e.g., authentication failures, provisioning errors, access discrepancies).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as SOP development, automation efforts, and system cleanups.
- Integrate identity platforms with SaaS and internal applications using SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Engage directly with senior leadership to manage escalations and drive alignment on strategic access initiatives.
- Support and educate end-users on IAM processes and tools to promote efficiency and self-service.
We're excited about you because you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in access management, provisioning, or technical support in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Possess in-depth knowledge of security protocols, SOX/SOC compliance, and access control principles.
- Are proficient with access management tools like OKTA, Jira, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect.
- Have a working knowledge of SQL and can use it to troubleshoot and validate access data.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority.
- Thrive in changing environments, learn new technologies quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Value clarity and structure, with proven experience documenting technical and operational workflows.

Frame your resume around operational metrics
DoorDash's Project Management Analyst roles prioritize candidates who can move between data analysis and cross-functional execution. Quantify how your work reduced cycle times, improved delivery workflows, or supported product launches, not just that you managed projects.
Target roles tied to core marketplace functions
DoorDash's highest-volume hiring for this role clusters around merchant growth, logistics optimization, and Dasher operations. Applying to postings aligned with these verticals puts you closer to teams with active headcount and faster hiring pipelines.
Align your timeline with the H-1B cap cycle
If you need H-1B sponsorship, your start date must align with USCIS's October 1 cap-subject start. Targeting a DoorDash offer by February or March gives your employer time to file in April's registration window without rushing the LCA through DOL.
Use Migrate Mate to find open roles by visa type
Filtering DoorDash's Project Management Analyst postings by the visa types they've sponsored helps you apply to roles where your immigration pathway is already understood. Migrate Mate surfaces these openings so you're not guessing which positions are actually sponsorship-eligible.

Find Project Management Analyst at DoorDash JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does DoorDash sponsor H-1B visas for Project Management Analysts?
Yes, DoorDash sponsors H-1B visas for Project Management Analyst roles. The process involves your employer filing a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS. Because this role is subject to the annual cap, timing your offer to align with the April registration window is critical to securing an October 1 start date.
How do I apply for Project Management Analyst jobs at DoorDash?
Applications go through DoorDash's careers portal. Roles are posted by vertical, so searching by team, such as logistics, merchant, or Dasher operations, helps narrow results. Migrate Mate also lists DoorDash's Project Management Analyst openings filtered by visa sponsorship type, which is useful if you need to confirm your pathway before applying.
Which visa types does DoorDash commonly sponsor for Project Management Analyst roles?
DoorDash sponsors a range of visa categories for this function, including H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and Green Card pathways like EB-2 and EB-3. Australian and Chilean nationals and Canadian or Mexican professionals may have more streamlined options through the E-3, H-1B1, or TN classifications depending on their nationality and qualifications.
What qualifications does DoorDash expect for Project Management Analyst roles?
Most postings require a bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field, along with experience using structured data to drive decisions. DoorDash's analyst roles typically expect proficiency with SQL or similar tools, comfort working across product and operations teams, and demonstrated experience managing timelines or process improvements in a fast-moving environment.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Project Management Analyst at DoorDash?
Timeline depends on visa type. H-1B petitions filed in April take effect October 1, so you're looking at roughly five to six months from filing to start date. E-3 and TN petitions can move faster, often resolving within a few weeks through consular processing. USCIS premium processing is available for H-1B petitions and can reduce adjudication to around 15 business days.
