THE ROLE
- Coach/Guide project team to start project right.
- Setup quality plan, standard, tools, report and monitoring/ tracking mechanism.
- Do inspections to confirm quality level of delivery.
- Prepare insightful Quality Report to project managers, delivery managers, senior leaders or clients.
- Involve in quality analysis and improvement innovation program at project and organization level.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or relevant major.
- More than 7 years experiences of quality assurance (QA) engineer, Project manager, Quality Coach or similar role.
- Strong in project management, quality assurance and preventive action implementation.
- Solid skill of quality analysis and improvement, Inspection.
- Strong in both traditional V model and Agile.
- Proven problem-solving skill.
- Communication and Coaching skill.
- Proficiency in English.
