Align your credentials to consulting frameworks
Vizient hires for advisory and analytics roles where your degree must directly map to the specialty occupation. A background in healthcare administration, public health, or a quantitative field carries more weight than a generalist business degree when immigration teams assess E-3 eligibility.
Target analytics and performance improvement teams
Vizient's E-3 sponsorship tends to surface in data analytics, clinical benchmarking, and member advisory functions. When searching open roles, filter for titles like performance consultant or supply chain analyst where the degree-to-role connection is clearest and sponsorship decisions are more straightforward.
Verify your wage offer against OFLC Wage Search
Before accepting an offer, look up the prevailing wage for your exact SOC code and Vizient's work location using the OFLC Wage Search. Your offer must meet or exceed that figure for DOL to certify the Labor Condition Application, which is the first step in your E-3 filing.
Use Migrate Mate to search Vizient's LCA history
Migrate Mate surfaces DOL Labor Condition Application data by employer, so you can see which job titles Vizient has previously filed E-3 LCAs for. This lets you prioritize applications for roles where sponsorship has already been approved rather than speculating about willingness.
Raise sponsorship early in the recruiter conversation
Consulting firms often route sponsorship decisions through a central immigration team rather than the hiring manager. Confirming E-3 eligibility with the recruiter before the final interview round saves both sides time and avoids an offer that stalls in legal review.
Prepare for consulate-specific document requirements
You'll apply for the E-3 directly at a U.S. consulate in Australia without filing an I-129 with USCIS first. Bring a certified LCA from DOL, a signed offer letter that specifies your title and salary, and evidence your degree qualifies for the specialty occupation listed in the application.
Vizient, Inc. E-3 Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Vizient sponsor E-3 visas?
Yes, Vizient sponsors E-3 visas for Australian professionals in qualifying specialty occupation roles. Sponsorship is most common in consulting, analytics, and advisory functions where a specific degree field can be directly linked to the role. Not every open position will qualify, so confirming E-3 eligibility with Vizient's talent acquisition team early in the process is recommended.
Which roles at Vizient are most likely to receive E-3 sponsorship?
Roles in clinical performance consulting, supply chain analytics, data science, and member advisory services align most closely with Vizient's E-3 filing history. These positions typically require a degree in a directly related field such as health informatics, public health, business analytics, or life sciences, which makes establishing specialty occupation status more straightforward for the employer's immigration team.
How do I start the E-3 application process after receiving a Vizient offer?
Once Vizient extends an offer, their immigration counsel will file a Labor Condition Application with DOL on your behalf. After the LCA is certified, you schedule a visa interview at a U.S. consulate in Australia through USCIS and bring the certified LCA, your offer letter, and degree documentation. You don't need to wait for a petition approval from USCIS before booking your appointment.
How long does E-3 sponsorship typically take at a consulting firm like Vizient?
DOL typically certifies the LCA within seven business days of submission. Consulate appointment availability in Australia then drives the overall timeline, with wait times varying by location and season. Most candidates complete the full process from offer acceptance to visa stamp within four to eight weeks, though administrative processing after your interview can occasionally extend that window.
How do I find current E-3 job openings at Vizient?
Migrate Mate lists verified E-3 sponsorship employers and filters open roles by visa type, so you can search Vizient positions specifically tagged for E-3 eligibility. You can also apply directly through Vizient's careers site and indicate your E-3 status during the application. Focusing on analytics, consulting, and advisory titles gives you the strongest overlap with roles where Vizient has sponsored E-3 visas previously.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 sponsorship at Vizient?
E-3 employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, determined when they file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, ensuring Australian hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
