Frame Your Finance Experience Around Transformation
Genpact positions Finance roles as process improvement and digital transformation work, not just traditional accounting. Tailor your resume to highlight automation, ERP migrations, or analytics projects so your profile maps to how they write job descriptions internally.
Target Roles With LCA Filings Already Active
Search DOL's FLAG system for Genpact Labor Condition Applications in Finance-related job titles before you apply. An active LCA signals that a role is already structured for sponsored hiring, which shortens the timeline between offer and filing.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter Finance Openings by Visa Type
Not every Finance posting at Genpact surfaces on general job boards with sponsorship context. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Genpact Finance roles that align with your visa category, so you're applying where sponsorship is already confirmed.
Prepare for PERM-Related Employment History Documentation
If you're targeting a Green Card pathway through EB-2 or EB-3, Genpact's PERM process requires detailed prior employment verification. Gather W-2s, offer letters, and job descriptions for all relevant roles before you're even at the offer stage.
Time Your Application Around H-1B Cap Registration
If you need an H-1B and don't currently hold one, USCIS opens cap registration in March. Genpact needs to register you before that window closes, so securing an offer in January or February gives the immigration team enough runway to act.

Find Finance at Genpact JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Genpact sponsor H-1B visas for Finance roles?
Yes, Genpact sponsors H-1B visas for Finance positions. Genpact's Finance roles in areas like FP&A, financial reporting, and process transformation have supported H-1B filings across multiple hiring cycles. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, timing your offer to align with USCIS's annual March registration window is essential to avoid missing the cycle.
How do I apply for Finance jobs at Genpact?
You can apply through Genpact's careers portal or find open Finance positions filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate. When applying, clearly indicate your current visa status and the type of sponsorship you need. Finance roles at Genpact often move through a recruiter screen, a technical or case-style interview, and then an HR discussion before an offer is extended.
Which visa types does Genpact commonly sponsor for Finance professionals?
Genpact sponsors multiple visa categories for Finance roles, including H-1B, E-3 (for Australian citizens), TN (for Canadian and Mexican nationals), F-1 OPT and CPT for students, and immigrant visa pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term green card candidates. The right category depends on your nationality, degree, and career timeline, so confirm which applies to you before the offer stage.
What qualifications does Genpact expect for Finance roles?
Genpact's Finance roles typically require a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with many mid-level positions preferring a CPA, CFA, or MBA. Beyond credentials, Genpact places strong emphasis on ERP system experience (SAP and Oracle are common), data analytics skills, and familiarity with process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma, which align with their consulting and transformation-oriented delivery model.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Finance role at Genpact?
Timeline depends on your visa category. For H-1B, standard USCIS processing runs several months after the April 1 filing date, with premium processing available to reduce that to 15 business days. For TN or E-3, processing is faster since there's no cap. PERM-based Green Card cases can take a year or more. Build this into your job search timeline and raise it with Genpact's recruiter early.
