About GlossGenius
GlossGenius is building an ecosystem enabling entrepreneurs to succeed. We empower small business owners to focus on being creators, not admins, by offering a range of business management tools including booking and scheduling, marketing, analytics, payment processing and much more. Over 100,000 small business owners have chosen to rely on GlossGenius every day to run their entire set of business operations. Joining its powerful, intuitive platform with its vibrant, distinguished brand, GlossGenius is the ideal combination of a fintech, SMB software, and consumer company all in one.
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, systems-minded senior creative producer to own the production and delivery of creative across our go-to-market marketing functions, Brand, Product Marketing, and Lifecycle. This is a high-visibility, high-coordination role: you'll be the operational backbone that keeps campaigns moving across multiple teams simultaneously, ensuring every launch, email campaign, and brand moment is delivered on time, on brief, and on brand. You're equal parts creative partner and project owner, someone who can track a complex launch calendar while also giving thoughtful feedback on an email header. You'll report to the Creative Operations Lead and work closely with Brand, PMM, and Lifecycle stakeholders.
You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters or San Francisco office and will operate in a hybrid environment. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the GTM creative pipeline, own intake, scoping, scheduling, and delivery of creative requests across Brand, PMM, and Lifecycle; maintain a single source of truth for all in-flight work and upcoming launches
- Translate briefs into production-ready work, partner with Brand, PMM, and Lifecycle teams to turn campaign briefs into clear plans that designers, copywriters, and production partners can act on immediately
- Drive review cycles from start to finish, structure feedback rounds across multiple stakeholders, consolidate notes to eliminate conflicting direction, and keep approvals moving so creative never holds up a launch
- Coordinate cross-functional launches, build and maintain launch timelines that account for dependencies across creative, copy, web, email, and GTM teams; flag risks early and keep stakeholders aligned
- Maintain creative ops infrastructure, own project management tooling (e.g. Asana), asset libraries, naming conventions, and handoff processes; influence systems that scale as campaign volume grows
- Manage external vendors and freelancers, onboard and brief third-party partners, set delivery expectations, and ensure outside contributors meet quality and timeline standards without disrupting internal workflows
- Support resource planning, help the Creative Operations Lead track capacity across the team, anticipate crunch periods around key launches, and flag when additional resources are needed
What We’re Looking for
- 4–6+ years of project management or creative operations experience, ideally spanning brand, product marketing, and lifecycle campaigns within a marketing organization
- Experience running creative production across multiple marketing functions simultaneously, you know how to prioritize competing requests without dropping balls or burning out your creative team
- Strong working knowledge of digital campaign production, you understand how creative moves from brief to design to deployment across digital channels, and can coordinate across teams and platforms without things falling through the cracks
- Familiarity with product launch and GTM processes, you've supported product marketing teams through launches and understand the creative touchpoints involved: landing pages, one-pagers, sales decks, paid social, email
- Proven experience managing external vendors and third-party partners, you can onboard freelancers and agencies quickly, set clear expectations, and hold partners accountable to quality and delivery standards
- Strong command of project management tools at scale, experience enforcing usage guidelines and driving adoption across 20+ users; you know how to get a large, cross-functional team to actually work the way the system is designed
- Excellent communicator who can manage up, across, and down, you give clear direction, surface issues early, and keep stakeholders informed
- Detail-oriented with a creative sensibility, you don't need to be a designer, but you have an eye for quality and can give actionable, specific feedback on creative work
- Bonus: Experience in appointment-based or consumer lifestyle brands; familiarity with Figma for reviewing design files
Benefits & Perks
- Flexible PTO
- Competitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially covered by GG
- Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot and Kindbody
- Generous, fully-paid parental leave policy
- 401k benefit - employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employment
- Professional Development - employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expenses
- Pre-tax commuter benefits
- Dependent Care FSA
- Team Bonding: As a distributed team, being able to build meaningful bonds both virtually and in person is incredibly important to us! We are constantly evaluating how we accomplish this and currently, teams are given opportunities to gather in person throughout the year
The starting base salary for this role in New York and California is between $130,000-$155,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
At GlossGenius, we celebrate our differences and are committed to creating a workplace where all employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work. Target engineering and product roles first
GlossGenius builds software for beauty and wellness professionals, so engineering, product, and data roles are most likely to attract sponsorship consideration. Focus your application on technical positions where specialized skills are hardest to source domestically.
Highlight domain-relevant technical skills
GlossGenius operates at the intersection of fintech, SaaS, and vertical software. Candidates with experience in payments, marketplace platforms, or SMB-focused products will stand out and make the sponsorship conversation easier for hiring managers to justify internally.
Mention OPT or CPT early if applicable
GlossGenius supports F-1 OPT and CPT candidates, which can lower the barrier to getting hired before an H-1B is needed. If you're currently on OPT, lead with that in applications so recruiters know you can start without immediate H-1B filing.
Research the company's sponsorship history before applying
Understanding which visa types a company has sponsored helps you tailor your outreach. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and confirm GlossGenius fits your immigration situation before investing time in applications.
Prepare for H-1B timing conversations early
H-1B petitions must be filed months before the October 1 start date. If you're interviewing at GlossGenius in the fall or winter, raise the H-1B timeline in early conversations so both you and the recruiter can plan accordingly without surprises.
Position yourself as a long-term team investment
Smaller tech companies like GlossGenius weigh sponsorship costs carefully. Framing your expertise as a long-term investment, especially if you bring niche skills in SaaS infrastructure or growth engineering, makes the sponsorship case easier for hiring leadership to approve.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does GlossGenius sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, GlossGenius sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active track record of supporting international workers in technical roles. If you're targeting an H-1B with GlossGenius, focus on engineering, product, or data-focused positions, and be prepared to raise the sponsorship topic early in the hiring process to allow time for petition preparation.
Which visa types does GlossGenius sponsor?
GlossGenius sponsors H-1B visas and supports candidates on F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT. TN visas are also covered, making the company accessible to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying specialty occupations. If you're on OPT or CPT, that can serve as a bridge to longer-term H-1B sponsorship once you've joined the team.
What types of roles at GlossGenius are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Technical roles are your strongest bet. GlossGenius builds vertical SaaS and payments infrastructure for the beauty and wellness industry, so software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and platform or infrastructure specialists are the profiles most likely to qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B standards. Business and operations roles may be considered but are less predictable.
How do I find open roles at GlossGenius that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find GlossGenius jobs that come with verified sponsorship history. Rather than guessing whether a listing supports international candidates, you can filter directly for sponsors by visa type and industry. This saves time and ensures you're applying to roles where sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation when applying to GlossGenius?
Bring it up early rather than waiting for an offer. In your first recruiter screen, briefly confirm that you'll need sponsorship and which visa type applies to your situation. For H-1B candidates, mention the October 1 start date and petition filing window so the team can plan. Companies that have sponsored before appreciate candidates who understand the process.
