Job Roles at Heartflow
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Heartflow Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with clear degree requirements
Green Card sponsorship at Heartflow is most common in roles requiring specialized degrees in engineering, life sciences, or computer science. Applying for positions with a defined educational prerequisite strengthens your case for EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility from the start.
Raise Green Card intentions during the offer stage
At a company sponsoring a focused number of Green Cards, timing matters. Bringing up long-term sponsorship expectations during offer negotiations, rather than after onboarding, helps both sides align on the PERM labor certification process early.
Look for roles in technical and clinical functions
Green Card sponsorship at Heartflow tends to concentrate in technical disciplines tied to its core medical imaging and diagnostic technology. Engineering, software, and clinical science roles are where sponsorship conversations are most likely to be productive.
Use verified sponsorship data to focus your search
Not every Heartflow job listing will mention Green Card sponsorship explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which roles and teams have a track record of supporting Green Card filings.
Prepare for a multi-year PERM timeline
Green Card sponsorship in the medical devices industry follows the standard PERM labor certification process, which can take several years depending on your priority date and country of birth. Starting the conversation early with Heartflow's HR team sets realistic expectations for both sides.

Does Heartflow sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Heartflow does sponsor Green Card visas. The company supports skilled professionals through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, primarily for technical and clinical roles central to its medical devices business. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every position, so confirming Green Card support during the hiring process is recommended.
Which roles at Heartflow are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Heartflow tends to align with roles requiring specialized expertise in engineering, software development, data science, and clinical science. These functions sit at the core of Heartflow's medical imaging and diagnostics work, making them the most likely candidates for employer-sponsored immigrant visa filings through PERM-based pathways.
How does the Green Card application process work at Heartflow?
Heartflow typically initiates Green Card sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process, where the company must demonstrate no qualified U.S. workers are available for the role. After PERM approval, Heartflow files an immigrant petition on your behalf. The full process involves coordination between you, Heartflow's HR team, and an immigration attorney.
How long does it take to get a Green Card through Heartflow?
The timeline varies significantly based on your country of birth and visa category. The PERM and petition stages alone can take one to two years, and applicants born in high-demand countries like India or China may face additional wait times due to visa backlogs. Starting the process as early as possible in your employment at Heartflow is advisable.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Heartflow?
Heartflow posts open roles through its careers page, but listings rarely specify Green Card sponsorship availability. Migrate Mate makes it easier by aggregating verified Green Card-sponsoring employers so you can confirm Heartflow's sponsorship history before applying. Reaching out directly to Heartflow's recruiting team to ask about Green Card support for a specific role is also a practical step.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Heartflow?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
