- Simplify Complexity: Take ownership of highly complex, ambiguous operational challenges and break them down into clear, actionable design strategies, creating tangible solutions from abstract needs.
- Deliver High Quality Experiences: Leveraging your expertise in UX design, service design, systems design, or other relevant disciplines, as well as elevating the work of those around you, you deliver design that meets or exceeds our quality bar.
- Drive Cohesion: Ensure a seamless, cohesive, and compliant internal user experience across all related care and clinical workflows, taking full accountability for the product experience.
- Enable Experimentation: Design and establish modular components and frameworks that empower clinical leadership to rapidly define, experiment with, and deploy new patient-facing and internal care protocols without requiring engineering resources.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with significant tenure (3+ years) focused on enterprise software, internal tools, or complex B2B/B2C service delivery platforms.
- Systemic Thinking: Deep experience designing for complex ecosystems and service blueprints, where the primary goal is optimizing human-system interaction within strict operational and regulatory constraints.
- Autonomy and Ambiguity: Proven ability to operate with exceptional autonomy, leading strategic initiatives from concept to delivery without heavy guidance, particularly in environments with high levels of ambiguity.
- Influence: Demonstrated success influencing senior product and engineering leaders on long-term strategy and securing buy-in for bold, transformative design initiatives.
- Domain Literacy (Bonus): Direct experience in healthcare, clinical workflow design, fintech, or other highly regulated industries where complex operational and compliance requirements are paramount.
- Advanced Communication: The ability to distill complex clinical requirements and design rationale into clear, compelling narratives tailored for technical, clinical, and executive audiences.
PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.

Job Roles at Included Health
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Included Health Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles in engineering and product
Included Health's Green Card sponsorship tends to concentrate in technical disciplines. Software engineers, data scientists, and product managers in its core platform teams are most likely to be considered for permanent residency support.
Raise Green Card sponsorship early in the process
Don't wait until an offer is on the table. Asking about Green Card sponsorship during early recruiter conversations signals seriousness and gives both sides clarity before investing further time in the hiring process.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline
Green Card sponsorship at any tech company involves PERM, a multi-stage process that can take years. Going in with realistic timeline expectations shows maturity and helps you plan your existing visa status accordingly.
Demonstrate long-term fit, not just short-term skills
Included Health, like most Technology and Software companies, sponsors Green Cards for employees they expect to retain. Framing your interview around long-term impact and alignment with the company's health equity mission strengthens your case.
Search for verified Green Card sponsors before applying
Not every health tech company that lists jobs actually sponsors Green Cards. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time you'd otherwise spend chasing companies that won't support permanent residency.

Does Included Health sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Included Health does sponsor Green Card visas. The company supports permanent residency for select roles, particularly in technology and software functions central to its platform. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every position, so it's worth confirming with the recruiter early in the process.
Which roles at Included Health are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Included Health is most common in technical and specialized roles, including software engineering, data science, and product development. Clinical and healthcare operations roles may also qualify depending on the position's requirements and how critical the skill set is to the company's core services.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at Included Health?
Included Health typically sponsors Green Cards through the EB-2 or EB-3 employment-based categories, which require PERM labor certification filed by the employer. The process involves the Department of Labor certifying that no qualified U.S. workers are available, followed by an I-140 petition with USCIS. Your immigration attorney, provided by the company, guides each stage.
How long does the Green Card process take when sponsored by Included Health?
The timeline depends heavily on your country of birth and the visa category. For most applicants outside of India and China, the process from PERM filing to Green Card approval can take two to five years. Indian-born applicants face significantly longer waits due to per-country backlogs, sometimes exceeding a decade for EB-3.
How do I find open Green Card jobs at Included Health?
Start by identifying roles in Included Health's engineering, product, and clinical divisions, then confirm sponsorship eligibility directly with the recruiter. Migrate Mate lists verified Green Card sponsors and filters open roles by sponsorship history, which makes it easier to identify Included Health positions where permanent residency support is realistic before you apply.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Included Health?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
