Job Roles at Keysight Technologies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Keysight Technologies Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with clear degree-to-job alignment
Green Card sponsorship at Keysight typically flows to roles where the degree requirement is specific and documented. Electrical engineering, RF engineering, and software development positions tend to fit the PERM labor certification process cleanly, aim for those first.
Understand that Green Card sponsorship starts with H-1B
Keysight sponsors both H-1B and Green Card visas, and the Green Card process almost always begins after you're already employed on H-1B status. Proving your value in the role first is what triggers the sponsorship conversation.
Ask about sponsorship policy during the offer stage
Not every Keysight role automatically comes with Green Card sponsorship. During the offer negotiation phase, ask the recruiter directly whether the position is eligible, some teams have formal sponsorship policies, others decide case by case.
Focus on core Electronics and Hardware teams
Keysight's product engineering, signal analysis, and measurement solutions divisions are where most sponsored technical work lives. Positions closely tied to the company's core hardware and software R&D pipeline are most likely to see Green Card support.
Use verified sponsorship data when searching for open roles
Job postings don't always disclose Green Card eligibility upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on Keysight roles most likely to support permanent residence.
Prepare for the PERM recruitment process requirements
PERM labor certification requires Keysight to conduct a formal recruitment effort before your petition is filed. Understanding this process in advance helps you work with HR to keep the timeline on track and avoid preventable delays.

Does Keysight Technologies sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Keysight Technologies sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company files PERM-based permanent residence petitions, primarily in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, for technical and engineering professionals already working in the U.S. on nonimmigrant status. Sponsorship is typically initiated after an employee has demonstrated their fit in the role.
Which roles and departments at Keysight Technologies typically receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Keysight is most common in engineering-heavy roles, electrical engineers, software engineers, RF engineers, systems engineers, and hardware design specialists. These positions align well with PERM's specialty occupation requirements because the degree-to-job connection is direct and well-documented. Research and product development teams within Keysight's core measurement and electronics divisions are the most active areas.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at Keysight Technologies?
The process typically begins with Keysight's HR or immigration team filing a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, which involves a formal recruitment test to confirm no qualified U.S. workers were displaced. Once PERM is certified, an I-140 immigrant petition is filed with USCIS. If your priority date becomes current, you then file for adjustment of status. The entire process is managed with an immigration attorney provided by Keysight.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Keysight Technologies?
The timeline depends on your country of birth and the EB category your role qualifies under. PERM labor certification alone can take six months to over a year. For applicants born in India or China, the wait for a visa number to become available under EB-2 or EB-3 can extend significantly beyond that due to per-country backlogs. Starting the process as early as possible, ideally in your first year of employment, makes a real difference.
How do I find Green Card-eligible jobs at Keysight Technologies?
Job postings rarely advertise Green Card sponsorship explicitly, which makes it difficult to identify eligible roles from listings alone. Migrate Mate tracks verified Green Card sponsors and can help you filter for Keysight roles backed by a real sponsorship track record. From there, reaching out to Keysight recruiters directly and confirming sponsorship eligibility during the interview process is the most reliable approach.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Keysight Technologies?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
