Key Objectives of the Role
Owns the campaigns, account engagement, and lead maturation that turn the marketing pipeline into qualified opportunities for Sales — and owns the result. Leverages tools including 6sense, Salesforce, Pardot, Claude, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to meet them. This is a tech-based role vs a client-facing role.
Campaigns end-to-end: You’ll plan, run, and report on multi-touch campaigns leveraging email, ads, polls, video, web, and other content to help us convert our lead database faster. We are looking for someone who can create processes that enable us to run multiple campaigns simultaneously and maximize the input of our thought leaders. Typical campaigns will cover topics such as SAP Integration Suite, BTP, BDC, and Joule, and will also promote Mindset IP and proprietary solutions. You set the strategy, write the brief, gain consensus, and partner with Marketing Operations on deployment, and own the result, working towards continuous improvement.
Account-level engagement on the named pool: You’ll own a maturing set of strategic accounts that are giving buying signals. You’ll know these accounts, including their engagement with Mindset, the signals 6sense is showing, which contacts appear to be warming, their product interest, and which campaign to include them in. Engagement gets logged on SFDC.
Lead maturation and the marketing-to-sales handoff: Using Mindset’s sales qualification criteria, you’ll mature the leads via targeted outreach, content, and account-based motion until they pass to sales.
Sales partnership. You’ll own the weekly review of top Marketing-owned accounts with Sales leadership. Along with passing warm leads, you’ll track sales reporting on what has been passed to them on its journey to close. Goals include tracking the outcome of marketing passed leads and uncovering opportunities for continuous improvement.
Reporting that you produce yourself. Weekly lead readiness reports, campaign performance reports, and status summaries, including OKR progress tracking. You pull your own data from Salesforce and 6sense, you understand it, and be able to speak to it when asked.
What success looks like
First 90 days. Working knowledge of the account pool. Two active campaigns are running. Weekly Sales review meetings are established and consistent—first lead readiness report produced and accepted by Sales leadership.
First 6 months. A documented, defensible top-1000 account list with engagement plans. Measurable lead production from mail, ad, and content channels (target set with you in your first 30 days). At least three Sales-accepted maturation handoffs traceable to your campaign work.
First 12 months. A pipeline contribution from marketing-matured leads (Augmenting our web and event leads) that Sales is willing to put a number on. Demonstrated lift from the 6sense investment. A working partnership with Sales in which they will speak to without prompting.
What we need from you (required)
- Hands-on Salesforce and 6sense experience: You’ve lived in these tools, run reports, and built lists yourself.
- Demonstrated direct Sales partnership: You’ve worked alongside a Sales team in the past.
- Account-level engagement: You can talk through specific named accounts you’ve owned — what you knew about them, what you ran, what happened. Generic “I managed campaigns” doesn’t pass this bar.
- Multi-faceted campaign ownership: You’ve planned, executed, and reported on campaigns spanning at least three types of content.
- LLM-fluent: You’ll use Claude in your day-to-day to draft, analyze, summarize, and accelerate. Your focus is to leverage the tools’ output to augment your own thinking and experience.
How you work
- You communicate proactively.
- Responsiveness: Mindset is a collaborative, cooperative environment where we move fast and question each other to deliver the best results. A passion for success will go a long way, as will experience in fast-paced environments.
- You focus on building constructive internal partnerships with Sales, Product teams, Marketing Operations, and leadership. You assume good intent and bring your own.
Why Mindset?
- $75K-90K base salary + bonus
- Ability to work remotely as needed
- Opportunity to build AI skills
- Part of a hard-working, collaborative team, where your work makes a difference
- Opportunity to significantly contribute to the ongoing growth of a game-changing company in the ERP space

Target roles aligned with EB-2 or EB-3 criteria
Mindset Consulting sponsors Green Cards under EB-2 and EB-3, which favor specialized technology and consulting roles. Focus your application on positions requiring advanced degrees or demonstrable expertise in software, systems, or technical consulting domains.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Green Card sponsorship at Mindset Consulting begins with PERM, where the company must document that no qualified U.S. workers are available. Demonstrating a genuinely specialized skill set strengthens your value in that process significantly.
Raise Green Card sponsorship early in the offer stage
At technology and software consultancies like Mindset Consulting, immigration decisions often happen at the offer stage. Asking about Green Card sponsorship during negotiations, rather than after joining, gives both sides time to align on timelines and expectations.
Highlight technical specialization in your application materials
Mindset Consulting's EB-2 and EB-3 filings typically support specialized technology roles. Emphasize deep expertise in a specific stack, methodology, or consulting vertical to make the strongest case for a sponsored position.
Search for verified Green Card roles before applying
Not every open role at Mindset Consulting will come with Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and avoid wasting applications on positions unlikely to support permanent residence.
Be prepared for a multi-year timeline
Green Card sponsorship through PERM, an approved I-140, and then waiting for visa availability is a lengthy process. Confirming Mindset Consulting's willingness to support you through each stage before accepting an offer protects you from surprises later.
Mindset Consulting Green Card Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Mindset Consulting sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Mindset Consulting sponsors Green Card visas for eligible employees in technology and software roles. The company files petitions under the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. Sponsorship is typically offered to professionals in specialized positions, and availability depends on the specific role and business need at the time of hiring.
Which roles at Mindset Consulting are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Mindset Consulting is most commonly associated with specialized technology and software consulting roles, including positions in software development, systems architecture, and technical consulting. Roles requiring advanced degrees or niche expertise tend to align most naturally with the EB-2 and EB-3 categories the company files under.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at Mindset Consulting?
The process typically begins with PERM labor certification, where Mindset Consulting documents efforts to recruit U.S. workers before sponsoring a foreign national. Once PERM is approved, the company files an I-140 immigrant petition on your behalf. After approval, you wait for a visa number to become available before filing for adjustment of status or consular processing.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Mindset Consulting?
The timeline depends on your country of birth and the visa category. PERM alone can take six months to over a year. After an approved I-140, wait times for visa availability vary widely, from relatively short for some EB-2 filers to many years for nationals of high-demand countries like India or China. Confirm long-term employer commitment early.
How do I find open Green Card jobs at Mindset Consulting?
Start by searching for Mindset Consulting roles on Migrate Mate, which shows verified sponsorship history so you can identify positions actually tied to Green Card support rather than relying on unconfirmed job descriptions. Once you find a relevant opening, reach out directly to the recruiting team to confirm whether Green Card sponsorship is available for that specific role.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Mindset Consulting?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
