The Credit Card lending team is responsible for assessing a loan applicant's ability to repay the loan and recommending that it be approved or denied. The role includes analyzing, negotiating, pricing and documenting lines of credit as per the lender judgment, it also includes the review of other transactions that have an element of credit risk, evaluating the borrower's application and using prior experience dealing with similar applicants to regulate credit approval & process credit line increase requests using credit bureaus, spend/payment history on savings/checking/investment accounts, and deposits to accommodate customer spend as well as capture spend from competitor credit cards.

- General understanding of financial markets & exposure to credit card operations will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in a high production and fast-paced environment
