Netflix is looking for experienced finance professionals to join the Consolidations FP&A team for our Product, Technology, Ads, and Games organizations. As Netflix pushes into new frontiers - from a fast-growing ads-supported tier and Games business to live events for millions of members worldwide - our Product, Technology, Ads, and Games organization is responsible for enabling and delivering on these ambitions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop financial expertise across a complex and dynamic expense portfolio, partner with the broader FP&A organization, and deliver insightful management reporting to help Product and Technology leaders invest wisely and move fast. Responsibilities:
- Support roll-up of long and short-term financial forecasts, budgeting, and headcount planning, monthly and quarterly corporate deliverables, and long-range planning

- Perform ad hoc financial analyses to improve forecasting accuracy, deliver insights and facilitate trade-off discussions, scenario plans, opportunity size, etc.
- Act as a bridge between the Product and Technology FP&A team and technical teams to gather tooling and data requirements, prioritize requests, and drive system projects forward, such as new Anaplan functionalities, unlocking data access tools, etc.
- Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards and tools for the broader team and senior stakeholders, driving systemization and automation across financial workflows to scale with the business
- Support project-based analytical work to inform and optimize expense portfolio management (e.g., competitive benchmarking, multi-year reporting guidance)
- Netflix is fast-growing with a flat organizational structure, which means that employees are often asked to perform tasks with a range of difficulties. Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively autonomously.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct FP&A experience in a highly analytical environment with a proven track record in financial and strategic analysis and developing tools, automation, and reporting solutions that enable decision-making
- Superior proficiency in Excel and/or Gsheets and managing complex financial models
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and/or BI tools (e.g., Looker) and hands-on experience in data-oriented programming languages (e.g., SQL)
- Strong understanding of data architecture and ability to effectively connect to, manage, and extract relevant data from various financial systems and databases
- Very strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work under tight timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for our data science and planning technology teams and partner effectively cross-functionally
- Proven ability to integrate GenAI and automation into your daily workflow to accelerate data analysis, surface insights with higher velocity, and transform manual tasks into scalable solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with strong knowledge of accounting and the highest standards of integrity and ethics; familiarity with financial systems such as Anaplan and TM1 is a plus

Job Roles at Netflix
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Netflix Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with long-term retention needs
Netflix prioritizes Green Card sponsorship for roles where retaining specialized talent matters most. Focus your search on senior engineering, machine learning, and infrastructure positions where the company has a history of supporting permanent residency pathways.
Understand Netflix's PERM-based sponsorship process
Most Netflix Green Card sponsorships go through PERM labor certification, which requires documenting that no equally qualified U.S. worker is available. Expect your employer to conduct a formal recruitment process before your I-140 petition can be filed.
Ask about sponsorship during the offer stage, not after
Netflix interviewers expect direct questions about benefits and long-term plans. Raising Green Card sponsorship during offer negotiations, rather than months into employment, gives you clearer expectations and avoids assumptions that can cause delays later.
Use verified sponsorship data when searching for roles
Not every open Netflix role qualifies for Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on positions where permanent residency support is actually available.
Build your case around demonstrable technical expertise
Netflix's culture values measurable impact over credentials alone. When applying for roles likely to lead to Green Card sponsorship, emphasize specific technical contributions and systems you've built, which also strengthens any future EB-2 or EB-1 petition.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Netflix sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Netflix sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company supports permanent residency primarily through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, which require PERM labor certification before the I-140 immigrant petition can be filed. Sponsorship is typically offered to full-time employees in roles where Netflix has an ongoing need for specialized expertise.
Which departments at Netflix are most likely to offer Green Card sponsorship?
Software engineering, data science, machine learning, and content technology are the departments where Green Card sponsorship is most common at Netflix. These roles typically require highly specialized skills that qualify under EB-2 criteria. Product management and certain creative technology roles may also be eligible depending on the specific position and the candidate's qualifications.
How do I find Netflix jobs that include Green Card sponsorship?
Netflix does not always indicate Green Card sponsorship eligibility directly in job postings. Migrate Mate filters roles by verified sponsorship history, so you can identify Netflix positions where permanent residency support has been documented. Focusing on senior-level technical roles and confirming sponsorship intent during the recruitment process will save you significant time.
How do I start the Green Card process at Netflix?
The process typically begins after a period of full-time employment, once Netflix's legal team determines the role qualifies for PERM labor certification. Netflix works with immigration counsel to manage the PERM filing, prevailing wage determination, and subsequent I-140 petition. Your role is to provide documentation of your qualifications and respond promptly to any requests from the company's attorneys.
How long does the Netflix Green Card process take?
From PERM filing to receiving a Green Card, the process can take anywhere from two to several years depending on your nationality and employment-based category. Applicants born in India or China face significantly longer waits due to annual visa backlogs in EB-2 and EB-3. Starting the conversation with Netflix early in your employment gives you the best chance of progressing through each stage without unnecessary delays.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Netflix?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
