About The Role
As a Senior Solution Consultant within our Public Sector team, you will be the technical voice of Socure throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to government and education agencies, aligning Socure’s identity verification platform with their mission-critical needs around fraud prevention, access control, compliance, and citizen service delivery. Working closely with sales, data science, product, and marketing, you’ll tailor solutions, lead demonstrations, lead mission reviews with customers, support RFP responses, and ensure technical success from first meeting through onboarding. You will also serve as a cross-functional connector, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders internally and externally.
What You’ll Do
-
Partner with Sales to support Public Sector business development across East, West, Central, South, and Federal teams, including product demonstrations, solution design, and SOW development. Collaborate closely with regional Sales teams to drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the public sector. Support the full pre-sales lifecycle by delivering tailored product demonstrations, contributing to solution architecture aligned with agency requirements, and developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly define scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
-
Lead technical discovery sessions and translate agency pain points into clear, compelling product value propositions. Facilitate structured discovery engagements with agency stakeholders to uncover operational challenges, fraud risks, and identity verification gaps. Synthesize findings into well-defined technical and business requirements, and articulate how Socure’s capabilities address these needs through differentiated, outcome-driven value propositions.
-
Design and execute Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) in close collaboration with Data Science to demonstrate Socure’s platform impact and analytical capabilities. Develop and manage POCs using client-provided or synthetic datasets to validate solution performance. Partner with Data Science teams to configure models, analyze results, and present measurable outcomes such as fraud capture rates, false positive reduction, and auto-approval improvements.
-
Conduct in-depth client analysis, including portfolio scrubs, performance tuning, and fraud investigations, to optimize outcomes and reduce risk. Perform comprehensive analyses of client identity populations through portfolio scrubs and retrospective reviews. Identify fraud patterns, synthetic identities, and operational inefficiencies, and recommend targeted performance tuning strategies to improve accuracy, reduce risk exposure, and enhance decisioning outcomes.
-
Deliver customer presentations and portfolio readouts, clearly communicating performance insights, fraud trends, and optimization opportunities. Lead executive and operational-level presentations that translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights. Present portfolio performance metrics, emerging fraud trends, and recommended adjustments to workflows or decision logic to drive continuous improvement.
-
Work closely with Data Science teams during analytical phases to interpret model outputs, refine strategies, and support data-driven decisioning. Act as a bridge between client needs and Data Science by contextualizing model outputs, validating assumptions, and ensuring analytical approaches align with real-world use cases. Contribute to iterative model and strategy refinement based on client-specific data and outcomes.
-
Translate complex data insights and machine learning outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations for public sector stakeholders. Simplify advanced analytics, model scores, and reason codes into language accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide practical recommendations that agencies can implement to improve fraud prevention while maintaining equitable access to services.
-
Develop a deep understanding of Socure’s product roadmap, enhancements, and capabilities, and align them to customer workflows and use cases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform innovations, including new features, model enhancements, and regulatory alignments. Proactively identify opportunities to introduce relevant capabilities into customer environments to improve performance and future-proof implementations.
-
Ensure customer workflows are optimized to meet objectives across fraud prevention, false positive reduction, and inclusive, risk-based identity verification. Design and refine decisioning workflows that balance security and user experience. Leverage Socure’s layered approach (e.g., Sigma, Document Verification, and risk signals) to minimize friction for legitimate users while effectively identifying and mitigating fraud.
-
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback and help shape product direction based on client needs and emerging fraud trends. Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing insights from the field, including feature gaps, usability considerations, and evolving fraud patterns. Contribute to product innovation by informing roadmap priorities and validating new capabilities against real-world public sector requirements.
-
Support customer adoption and expansion by monitoring usage, identifying optimization opportunities, and sharing Public Sector–specific best practices. Track client engagement and solution performance post-deployment to ensure successful adoption. Recommend enhancements, additional modules, or workflow adjustments that drive increased value, and share best practices tailored to public sector programs and compliance requirements.

Job Roles at Socure
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Socure Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles in core engineering and data teams
Socure's Green Card sponsorship tends to concentrate in technical roles where specialized skills are hardest to replace. Software engineers, machine learning researchers, and data platform specialists are well-positioned to initiate Green Card conversations during the hiring process.
Raise Green Card sponsorship before you accept an offer
Immigration intent is best discussed during the offer stage, not after you've started. Ask directly whether the role is eligible for employer-sponsored permanent residency so there are no surprises once you've already joined the team.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Most Green Card pathways at technology companies like Socure begin with PERM, where the employer must demonstrate no qualified U.S. workers are available. Understanding this process helps you set realistic expectations and ask informed questions during your interviews.
Use a verified sponsorship platform to find open roles
Not every job listing discloses sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving you time applying to companies that won't support permanent residency.
Align your degree and experience with the job description precisely
Green Card petitions under EB-2 and EB-3 require a tight match between your qualifications and the role requirements. When applying to Socure, ensure your resume and credentials directly reflect the specialization described in the job posting.
Ask about Socure's immigration counsel and internal HR support
Companies with active Green Card programs typically work with dedicated immigration attorneys. Confirming that Socure has this infrastructure in place signals genuine institutional commitment to seeing employees through the full permanent residency process.

Does Socure sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Socure sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company has an established track record of supporting skilled workers in technology and software roles through the permanent residency process, typically via the EB-2 or EB-3 employment-based categories depending on the role and the employee's qualifications.
Which roles at Socure are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Technical roles in software engineering, machine learning, data science, and identity verification research are among those most commonly sponsored for Green Cards at Socure. Product and platform engineering positions also see sponsorship, particularly where specialized expertise is a core requirement of the role and difficult to source domestically.
How do I start the Green Card process as a Socure employee?
The process typically begins with your employer and their immigration attorney filing a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, confirming no qualified U.S. workers are available for your role. Socure then files an I-140 immigrant petition on your behalf. The sooner you raise the topic with HR, the earlier the clock starts.
How long does the Green Card process take at a company like Socure?
Timelines vary significantly based on your nationality and the visa category. For applicants from countries without significant backlogs, EB-2 or EB-3 processing can take one to three years. Applicants from India or China face much longer waits due to per-country annual limits. Starting the process as early as possible, ideally in your first year of employment, is strongly advisable.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Socure on Migrate Mate?
Migrate Mate indexes verified Green Card sponsors, including Socure, so you can search open roles with confidence that sponsorship is available. Filter by company name or job category to surface active listings at Socure specifically. This removes the guesswork of identifying which postings will actually support permanent residency applications, letting you focus your effort on genuine opportunities.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Socure?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
