ZS’s Strategic Alliances and Investments group focuses on identifying, designing and executing strategic partnerships across ZS’s global business. Leveraging ZS’s unique market intelligence, broad and deep industry coverage, strong relationships and a track record of credibility in the market; the SAI group brings innovation to market and driving client impact through working with partners.
Strategic Alliances Specialist
We seek an experienced business development teammate to play a critical role in growing and managing high-impact partnerships for ZS. This person will possess strong technology partnerships and Alliances experience, have a customer first mindset and possess the acumen to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with key strategic Alliances such as; AWS, MSFT, Databricks, etc.
- Own the revenue target for partnership, build pipeline, and execute partner marketing and enablement;
- Work with ZS client teams, partners and customers to do effective presentations/demos and evangelize ZS solutions with partners;
- Collaborate effectively with practice teams, marketing, PR, legal, and business teams to drive, manage, and grow key partnerships;
- Become a trusted advisor and serve as an expert on assigned partner/s, helping with enablement across wider ZS.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred;
- 10+ years of prior relevant work experience, preferably managing strategic Alliance Partnerships or in a pre-sales role;
- Comfort in leading sales cycles for a consulting company selling services;
- Customer-centric mind to build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry;
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Has an aptitude for understanding the technical side of software;
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
- Fluency in English;
