Align your degree to your role
H-1B approval at a tech consulting firm like 4P Consulting hinges on a direct match between your degree field and the specific role. Use O*NET to confirm your occupation's typical education requirements before applying, and be ready to document that connection clearly.
Verify 4P Consulting's E-Verify enrollment
Before accepting any offer, confirm that 4P Consulting Inc. is enrolled in E-Verify. USCIS requires E-Verify participation for certain H-1B employers, and enrollment signals that the company has the compliance infrastructure to support your petition through to approval.
Research prevailing wages before salary talks
Your H-1B petition requires the employer to pay at least the prevailing wage for your role and work location. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the wage level for your job title in the relevant metro area before negotiating, so your offer is petition-ready from day one.
Target consulting roles with defined deliverables
H-1B petitions for consulting positions face additional USCIS scrutiny around itinerary and end-client assignments. When interviewing at 4P Consulting, ask about project structure and client contracts, as well-defined placement arrangements strengthen the specialty occupation argument in your petition.
Use Migrate Mate to find 4P Consulting's LCA history
Before your interview, pull 4P Consulting's Labor Condition Application filing history on Migrate Mate. This shows which job titles and work locations the company has recently certified, giving you a realistic picture of where your role fits and what wage level to expect on your petition.
Submit your documents before the lottery registration window
H-1B cap registration opens in March each year for an October 1 start date. Have your credentials, educational evaluations, and resume in final form by February so 4P Consulting's HR or immigration counsel can complete your registration without last-minute document gaps.

Candidates in software development, systems analysis, and related specialty occupations are the most common fit for H-1B sponsorship at 4P Consulting.
Which roles at 4P Consulting Inc. typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at 4P Consulting Inc. is concentrated in technology and software consulting positions, including software engineers, business analysts, systems consultants, and IT project leads. For cap-subject H-1B petitions, the timeline is tied to the annual USCIS lottery, with registration in March and an October 1 start date if selected.
